    2. I don't believe this because I have ordered more than a dozen times with Lazada. First and foremost, you should have asked your mother to call Lazada, para naman hindi ka hinayang na hiniyang sa international call mo. Just give her the order number so she can make the necessary follow ups. It doesn't take a genius. Second, iyon naman pala eh Lazada can refund and pullout the product, means good faith on their part. Not because things doesn't go the way you want them to gives you the license to attack the site. Well, the things is IF the customers will believe you. Me, I don't. And you say, don't buy from them? Halatang demolition job ka naman.

    3. most of the items naman ay galing divisoria, bumili ako ng hair iron after 5-6 times na ginamit e pumutok pero bago pa yun umorder ako ng tablet for my kiddo nasunog naman while charging it. Then, pinapunta kaming service center sa 168 wala namang technician na makakausap bakit nasunog e tama naman power voltage na gamit, sungit pa ng tindera. pinalitan nila ng iba pero mukhang nireturn lang din sa kanila. Lesson learned: mag mall ka na lang, atleast you get to see the product personally bago mo bayadan.

    5. No, you're totally wrong Anon 3:11. This is a real customer's experience. Ako din sobrang daming beses ko na nag order sa Lazada pero laging may palpak, kung hindi late dumating, kulang o mali yung item, and worst yung item na iniiexpect mo iba pala 'low-quality'.Last december 3 umorder ako ng 2 items(Asus fonepad and speakers) for Christmas present sana yun kaso January 12 na dumating tapos na ang holiday season. At misleading karamihan ng product description nila, bumili ako ng sewing machine tapos pagdating e mukang pangtahi lang ng panyo na hindi naman naka indicate na ganun pala yun kaliit, nagpunta kami ng mall at nakakasama ng loob kasi may nakita akong good quality sewing machine na same price lang din. Kaya ngayon nadala na ko, hindi na ko nagchecheck ng website nila kasi nakakatempt bumili pag nasa website ka, buti pang mag mall ka worth it naman.

    7. Ako rin I have ordered from Lazada. So far super satisfied ako sa Iphone 6, 6 plus, Toshiba portable drive. All were delivered in 2-7 days. Sasabihin naman nila if hindi aabot sa 2 to 3 days na usual delivery time nila. And everything are still working up to now. Shempre if you buy non branded products hindi magtatagal so binibili ko lang sa Lazada mga branded. Very good price pa. Lazada also allows returns. If hindi ka satisfied you can return. Puro reklamo si letter sender siguro try to contact Lazada muna and exhaust all your remedies there.

    8. this is true! my dad, a senior citizen, bought shake and take but when the package arrived parang laspag na yung box and when he tried to operate, ayaw gumana! I've made a complaint via Twitter but they just referred me to another acct. Sobrang hassle. My dad just told me to let it go and I told him to ask us first before ordering anything online.

Regardless of who called who, dapat hindi ganyan. Dapat equipped ang online shops like Lazada to remedy situations like this at hindi dapat tumatagal. Obviously biased ka. And kahit sabihin nya na dont buy from Lazada, why do you hell care? Siya nakaexperience ng masama sa Lazada, ikaw hindi, good for you. But you cant control what he wants to do.

    12. It's actually not a letter. It's a post on his timeline and he has the right to do so naman since FB account niya yun. He just shared his exeprience to make people aware about his Lazada experience. Some agreed to him na they also had a terrible experience with Lazada, and some okay naman daw. But that's based on his own personal experience as a customer of Lazada, so don't judge. He's not even the kind of person na magpopost ng ganyan just to gain attention. Try to read his post again and comprehend.

    13. yung sister ko abroad bumili din ng tv from lazada para dito samin sa pinas. naging maayos naman ang delivery. ang naging problem lang ata is nagloko yung website sa pagbabayad thru credit card kaya pina-COD na lang. i think kaya sobrang galit si kuya is because mother's gift sana na naudlot. actually na-sad ako pati kay father na gusto din sana manood ng pacquiao fight sa wide screen tv. :(

  2. Im a lazada customer too.. baka naman kasi seperate ang delivery ng ibang items.. ganun kasi minsan.. ang masama lang sa kanila.. di sila nagrerespond sa mga reklamo.. pero okay naman pagdating sa delivery frametime..

  4. You should have told your mom to fill out the form enclosed for return or exchange product then you can bring the form together with the product. After that call them that you sent it nack keep track of the products number or transaction record. You have 30 days to wait. Lazada usually answers to enails if you have full knowledge of what you paid for and the procedures entails when you shop online. Been there, done that.

  6. Never ever buy big ticket items like TV, laptop, etc from Lazada. I learned this the hard way. Ang bilhin niyo lang sa site na ito ay items na worth 1000 pababa o yung kapag nasira ay hindi masyadong masakit sa kalooban niyo. LOL.

    3. True! Lalo na appliances/gadgets na kailangan mo iinspect ng mabuti. Kaya ka nga magoonline shopping para less hassle eh pano kung may defect, edi lalo ka na-hassle. Ang lazada naman middle-man lang ng buyer and seller. It might take time before magrespond ang supplier hindi na nila controlled yun. If I were him, sa supplier sya mismo magreklamo para mas mabilis. Still, dapat iimprove yan ng lazada. Wag na sila magtanggap ng ganong supplier kasi sila ang nasisira.

  10. may binibigay naman silang invoice sa email at sa account mo pati rin kapag nagdeliver sila bukod sa return form. tapos minsan un talaga un hassle un iba iba un seller tapos paisa isa ang deliver ng order mo. hindi nmn sa lg un problema kundi dun sa authorized seller ng lg. wala pa ako naging problema sa lazada. saka tama ka kapag malaking amount un bibilhin mo iwas ka sa via online.

  12. I had 2 bad experiences with lazada. 1st, ung torque phone na bloated ang battery. Antagal na ng delivery tapos ganun lang. Pero naisip ko kung ireturn namin, will take several days/weeks pa so we bought na lang new battery... 2nd, ang pinakadisappointing was last December 2014. Frozen's Elsa and Anna dolls. Hindi kami masagot ng lazada sa statis so we directly called the supplier. When these were delivered, yupi abg boxes at wrapped in plastic. Ang bodies ng dolls were soft at ang dresses glued sa dibdib. Heart-breaking kasi para sa baby ko. Wala na kami nagawa kahit magreklamo pa kas Christmas na. :(

    1. Add ko din, I bought a 7" tablet sa lazada. When delivered, gasgas ung screen. Kakainis lang. Also, ung courier nila dito sa Cebu matagal magdeliver. Ang status sa lazada was for delivery pero sa courier wala pa. Unlike zalora, 1-2 days lang talaga except if pea season.

  13. Ang mahirap kasi sa Lazada they have a marketplace model so hindi sila direct supplier. Items are not delivered from their warehouse so pag nagka-problema/complaints, they can't address it right away.

    2. May mga items na sila mismo ang Director supplier. Meron din na hindi sila. So far, yung mga sila ang supplier napansin ko. Ok siya. 2-3 days delivered agad. Though I bought several times na na hindi sila ang direct supplier, it turned out well. Just be conscious na lang sa brand and costs ng items. If it's to cheap mag hinala ka na sa quality.

Had a bad experience from lazada also, I ordered an item and sabi delivery time is 5-7 days, pero 3 weeks na wala pa din, tumawag ako para ifollow up and to check yung status ng order sabay sabi na hindi na nila madedeliver kasi out of stock yung item, so kung hindi pa pala ako tumawag eh talagang maghihintay ako sa wala, kung hnd pa ako tumawag hnd ko malalaman na wala pa lang darating na order.. Kaya ayoko na ulit mag try sa kanila, first and last ko na yun

  15. Im a regular Lazada customer and what we all have to understand is that the products on their website is not always directly coming from their warehouse. Many times, it will come from other vendors that they work with. The easiest and fastest way to resolve issues like this was to send back the item thru LBC with the completed return form and request for either a replacement or a refund. Thats what I like about Lazada. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just return it and they will refund, no questions. Ive returned a few purchases due to unsatifactory quality of product when it is delivered but it was never a difficult process. I think that when people shop online, they really have to make sure they understand the lead time of the products they buy because it varies. Ive had orders that were delivered the next day and others after 2 weeks but the status are always visible online.

    I think that there will always be bad experiences with online shopping but I think we should also have the right expectation.

    1. Selling platform lang sila, items do not come from them. Ang problema, hindi iniinspect ng lazada or kahit ibang sites like metrodeal, ang mga items or services na pinoprovide ng sellers kaya naiipit sila sa gitna.

    2. Anon 6:59 Minsan fault din ng shipping courier. There are instances kasi na sila ang cause of delay sa shipments dahil nire-repack pa nila yung items kaya minsan sira sira na yung boxes pag dating sa customer or worst, kulang kulang na yung items sa loob! Lazada naman lacks in coordination! Kahit ilang follow up, wala pading update!

    Ang daming malls dun. Incase wala yung hinahanap mo pwede kang magpahanap sa kanila sa mga suppliers nila basta sure buyer ka. May demo pa. Ako taga province nung bumili kami ng LG, diniliver sa bahay tapos sila pa nagkabit ng libre. Hassle bumili online lalo na pag mahal or malaki. Kung hindi sa seller ang problem, minsan sa courier..

  21. Baka namam po sa brand yan? Kc lazada is parang shop lng na dealer os something. Bumili ako ng sony led tv, tho mas mura sayo pero okay naman. I thought nga di na tuloy kc na late sa iba kong binili, yung tv nlng ang wala pa. Turns out kinuha pa nila sa supplier which i forgot if its a mall or shop or if its sony mismo. Bsta sa supplier na delay. Ng send ako ng message using their contact us na form, ilang mins lang may reply naman. May tumatawag din aakin. Ao for me, baka hindi ito lazada fault lang. Baka mismo yung tv seller or supplier mismo. Avid buyer ako ng lazada, pati ipad bumili ako at wala naman prob sa lazada part, delat lng dahil sa supplier dahil need pa kunin sa kanila.

  23. Di ba dapat he should have returned it na lang. Dalhin lang sa nearest LBC branch and send to Lazada, collect.

    I have returned some items to Lazada with no problem - shoes and shirts that didn't quite fit; and one appliance that was noisy when turned on. They replaced it at after two weeks.

    All in all, I have been a satisfied customer of Lazada for the past two years - shoes, clothes, electronics, perfume, kitchen ware, watches, etc. Ordered 2 big TV sets from them last December during the sale pa nga. Tagal lang ng delivery due to the holiday season but this was understandable.

    BTW, I always use PayPal when ordering from them. Mas protected ang consumer if ever magkaka-problem sa orders.

  25. Lazada customer here. Advice lang before buying,make sure to read the terms and condition. The procedure for Return and Refund clearly stated there. Theres a return form attached upon delivery,you just need to fill up the form and bring the item to their partner courier. Theres an online form also. Hope you didnt missed to do that because maybe thats why the return transaction taking too long.

  28. Bumili rin kami sa lazada ng electric stove yung may 4 electric plates and oven. 2 plates lang gumagana tapos yung oven sira rin. Kung papapalitan kami daw magshoulder ng shipping fee. Ano yun bitbitin ko sa courier yung stove. Pambihira!

  29. Baka di siya makontak ng Lazada kasi nasa abroad na siya. May nabili rin ako sa Lazada a few weeks ago, pag bukas ko durog durog ang laman. Sinoli ko sa kanila thru LBC at ni refund naman nila.   30. There's always that risk when a purchase is shipped and not brought home from the store. But AFAIK, most (if not all) items in Lazada are shipped from the 3rd party merchant (supplier). Avoid these websites. They have no idea what gets sent to you. Sites like Z or A, for example, keep most of the inventory in their own warehouses, waiting to be shipped. Less hassles in case something goes wrong.

  34. I've been using Lazada since 2013 and so far ok naman. Nagka-problema lang isang beses nung out of stock na yung item na gusto ko. Pinapili ako ng replacement tapos lahat nung pinili ko out of stock din - awkward lol. Na-refund naman ako agad. Pwede naman i-return yung item, yun nga lang hassle lalo na kung ganyan kalaki. Di ako nagwowork sa Lazada or sa LG pero kung sealed yung item, medyo impossible naman na hindi kumpleto yung laman unless sa Factory talaga nagka-problema. I work for an internet based store (hindi dito sa Pinas) pero marami din kasing customers na ganyan, kesyo kulang daw yung order etc.. Hindi sa sinasabi ko na sinungaling siya pero baka natatagalan sa pagsagot kasi iimbestigahan pa nila yan. Baka LG yung ayaw makipag-coordinate.

  35. Had a bad experience din with lazada. Naorder ko na item then after 7 workinf days wala pa din, when I called out of stock daw. Sabi ko bakit nio bebenta na available sa site nio then di na pala available sa warehouse ng supplier nio. Obviously may mali sa system.

  36. I have always had good shopping experience with Lazada. The status of the package is always updated online. There is invoice delivered with the package. The products are always in good condition when they arrive and do not get broken easily. I am pretty sure this letter sender is one of the vocal minority who are not happy. Ganyan naman e kahit sa telco. The haters are the noisy ones who try to ruin the reputation, but they are few and honestly do not and cannot put the company out of business.

  37. Lacking the wall mount? Idk kung same din sa Pinas pero di nmn tlg included ang wall mount sa LG unlike other brands like Panasonic na free ang wall mount. Kaya nga LG is selling wall mounts for $28 kc di xa ksama.

  40. I really hate delivery delays, especially if may confidence or guarantee declared ang online store. At times, major source pa ng delay ang clearance locally for internationally sourced items. We, Filipinos, sometimes ok lang din sa delay kaya hindi stretched ang efficiency improvement ng ganitong services. Lazada, lbc can still work on lean-six-sigma application. Habang nagmamature palang ang online marketplace dito at malayo pa tayo sa drone delivery capability. The important thing here is hindi pa reassuring to buy big ticket items online and that's a great reminder to us all.

Bumili na ako ngLG TV sa lazada 50 inch.hindi po free ang wall mount.nung nagtanong ako sa mall,separate accessory sya na bibilhin mo (abt 4k)unless may promo na free wall mount at that time.ganon din po sa lazada.separate accessory yung wall mount ba u have to pay for unless indicated aa page na free wall mount as well. yung nasa manual,instructions lng po yun how to do it.doesnt mean dahil nasa manual ay free na.based sa kwento nya iba yung free accessory nya sa promo,Hindi wall mount.

  42. Been a customer for Lazada for 3 months now and so far haven't had any unfortunate incident with any of my purchases, although late delivery lang ng mi powerbank pero nagsend naman sila ng email.

    What people should know is that not all of the items are being fulfilled by Lazada themselves. Most are third party vendors and si Lazada lang ang nagmemediate for that, so kahit ilang beses tawagan at iescalate ni Lazada un request kung di naman gumagalaw si 3rd party vendor malamang delays talaga yan.

    Also hirap talaga kasi if online ka bibili ng high peso electronics. Pero I agree Lazada should have followed up on this more.

    1. lazada doesnt have their own product. all of it are 3rd party vendor. Sana ang gawin nila maging strict sila when it comes sa mga 3rd party vendor. Kasalanan parin ng Lazada kasi tanggap lang sila ng tanggap ng kung sinong sino mag bebenta sa site nila tapos hindi maka keepup sa demands. walang kwenta. puro tayo pagalingan sa english. wala naman nagagawa.

  44. I had a similar experience. I bought a high ticket item (over 10k) and it arrived after 3 weeks. Fully paid via paypal. I got the item after several follow up emails (in fairness they responded) and phone calls (but promised callbacks never happened - I was always the one calling).

    The problem was with the supplier - they supposedly didn't respond so I had to ask for a supplier change (as opposed to getting a refund, which is processed 15 business days). But this was not an easy process, eventually resolved because I asked for a manager.

    Lessons learned: (1) never pay in full ahead of time. Use the COD option. (2) ask for a supervisor.

  45. I also had a bad experience with lazada. Buti na lang mura lang yung item. Yung blender nila nakalagay sa product description that it comes with 2 blender jugs. 3 times na binalik namin kasi dumating ng isa lang ang kasama. Pinili pa namin specifically yung nakalagay na may extra tapos isa lang dala? Buti di namin pinaalis agad yung nagdeliver kaya nasoli agad after checking. Ayaw pa nga hintayin e wala pa naman 5 mins ang pag check. Gusto pa dalhin ko na lang sa LBC. Kalokohan yon kasi COD ang paymebt option so babayaran pa namin kahit alam namin kulang tapos irerefund pa? 4th time na nagorder kami nun kumpleto nga kaso di naman umaandar. Ayoko na magorder sa lazada hassle talaga.

I had problems with purchased items sa lazada pero small items amounting to 4k. incomplete parts when checked. ayaw kong ma stress kaya I returned the units then they gave me a refund. depende sa seller. lazada lang yung way na makapag post yung sellers. kaso nga lang sila yung naka front kaya sila yung nasisisi

  47. Well minsan kasi di talaga kasama ang wall bracket or yung mount na sinasabi ng customer. But if nakasaad sa ad ng lazada na kasama ang mga iyon, then may right talaga si customer magalit. I bought samsung led (not from lazada) and hindi kasama ang bracket i had to buy it separately. And to be fair naman to lazada, ive been a customer since 2010 mostly baby products purchase eh ok naman. But then again ive never ordered something pa na ganyan kalaki kasi sa mall na yan talaga dapat binibili.

  48. It's no longer surprising to me reading negative feedbacks about Lazada. I am an addict online buyer and before I decide to buy online I really make sure I'm doing a research for a blog or reviews online on various sites. His story is same as the story to everyone else who was once became a victim of Lazada's item.

    Ganito kasi iyon, some of their items came from a third party seller which is hindi tayo sure if their seller is credible ba na magbenta ng product if fake or brandnew ba talaga, My classmate has his own share of experience w Lazada dahil bumili sya ng tablet pero pagkadeliver ng item it was in good condition but the next day hindi na sya nagfunction as in tortally blank screen. So he decided to returned the item and it took them 1 month to reply on their follow up queries. Tapos hindi pa nila kaya magreplace ng same item ksi out of stock na daw so ayon pinapili sya ng ibang item kaya nag add sya ng 200 pesos since mas mahal na ang mga natira n produc. Then it took another 1 month 2 finally deliver the item.

    If you're really looking for a trusted online seller go to zalora. I've been their trusted customer since 2012 and numerous times na ako nakapag order sa kanila at delivery time took only 1-3 only but most often 1-2 days lang. Plus, their customer service is excellent as they will immediately response to whatever query or concern in less than 24 hours and mostly in just 30 minutes- 1 hour. Last 3 months ago, iyon last order ko medyo may defect iyong bag sa may zipper so ayon I emailed them asap at nagreply agad. Since the item is no longer available kaya ayon ang ginawa nila is pinapili ako if gusto ko ng cash refund or thru zalora wallet iyong magbibigay sila ng coupon code para ibili mo na lang din online in replacement sa item mo. So I chose thru zalora wallet. and the good thing is hindi na nila pinapabalik ang bag sa warehouse nila. Then my replacement order arrived in just less than a week. I emailed them if do I still have to return the defective bag but their rspnse is wag na daw kasi they are causing inconvenience to me. That was really amazing customer service. I have no bad words for zalora....

    BTW! add on ko lang ang lazada magaling marketing strategy nilalagay nila mataas ang original price then kunwari on sale but the truth is iyong original price ay hindi talaga iyon ang totoong price. Tinaasan para magmukhang on sale talaga ng bongga bongga. Sa mga online seller wag basta maniniwala agad, do some research and doubt2x din pag may time lalo pa at mura iyong price more than half sa boutique price.

    1. Iisa lang may-ari ng Lazada tsaka Zalora and meron din silang third party sellers. More on clothes lang ang Zalora and yung Lazada ibat-ibang items. Walang TV, kawali or gadgets sa Zalora so you really can't compare the two. As far as I know, iisa lang ata yung warehouse and employees. Kasi minsan yung naghatid ng purchase ko from Zalora eh yung taga Lazada din. Dami mo pang tinype LEL!

  52. First thing that should have been done was to return the merchandise. Why let it stay in your house - that reason why no action is being taken is because the ball is still in your court. Bought from them a defective power bank - kahit na mura, i did not let them get away with it. I shipped the power bank back right away. Btw, if you are returning packages - you shouldnt be paying for anything. Return to them the merchandise then barrage them with emails. If they still wont budge, try talking legal terms - i bet mas mabilis pa sa alas cuatro ang sagot nila.

  55. hindi ko alam pero bumili din ako ng ganyang tv last May 15 sa abensons marquee mall nung may sale sila pero ganyan na ganyan din yung laman wala naman kasamang mga wall bracket, inisa isa pa sakin nung sales person yung mga kasama sa package bago nya isara uli. Baka nga sinama lang ng lazada sa promo nila na may kasama nang wall mount, bracket etc.. anyway goodluck

  57. Nag order ako ng set ng bathrobe for my baby and pag open ko ang daming stains! Last time nag order ako ng camera binalik ko kasi hindi same nung itsura sa online. I asked for a refund, they send it thru LBC though and the refund was claimed by other person pretending to be me. She claimed it in Malabon Robinson's branch pag.ibig ID lang na present accdg to LBC. Until now di pa na resolve issue hinayaan lang nila. 3 years na nila kami costumer nung nanakaw yung refund ko di na ako nag.order kahit kelan.

  59. Tip from a lazada customer since 2010: Wag bibili if it's from a 3rd party seller. Make sure na ang seller talagang nakalagay eh LAZADA. sa kaso ko kahit gaano ka tempting yung item naka display but if 3rd party ang nakalagay na seller i wont really buy it.

  74. Lazada has its hits and misses. Usually, I check the source (fulfilled by "seller"), if its from Lazada, I always get the item properly and on time. They have some partners who do not ship out properly. Beware of those third party ones unless the reviews on the item and service are good. It's always a risk buying online.

  76. i am a laza customer as well, i bought a D&G glasses but i returned it stating reason such as it does not fit, it is enclosed in their return policy...
    1. they doest reply to you, you need to call them several times, their email messages are "undefined"
    2. the cca already agreed that instead of lazada sales credit, they will give me the suppliers, its fine with me
    i went abroad for a week upon returning i check the credit its still 0.00 so i emailed lazed and got no reply i called them up again and told me that they will re ship the item because it was not approved for returned, and only apologised for the mis information Mr Ronal (cca) told me.

    very irresponsible advertisement, DTI must look into this, the lazed will just pay DTI a sum to just shut up, hanayan naman kasi ang pilipinas, bulok ang sistema!!! pati mammalian bulok din!!!

  77. I placed an order with them before for an SLR, third party seller (not Lazada fulfilled) and they sent me a confirmation and said my package will arrive in 10-14 days. Only after 9 DAYS did they send me an email saying they cant fulfill because the item is out of stock. The email didnt even contain an apology. It was supposed to be a gift. Hassle ordering from Lazada

Ang difference nga lang sa Amazon pag may complaint ka sa 3rd party seller, pag na-confirm and complain mo, mabilis mag-refund kasi Amazon mismo magtatanggal sa account ng seller nung pang-refund. The best ang customer service ng Amazon sana ganyan din yung standards dito.

  79. I've been a customer of Lazada at nakatatlong beses na akong bili sa kanila. ang pagkakaalam ko, puwedeng COD ang Lazada. Sana nag-COD nalang sila. At saka ang tini-text sa harap mismo ng customer ang nabili..kung may depekto, puwedeng hindi tanggapin.
