Theres nothing wrong with how doris acts. She's just being true to herself, a fangirl and everytime I saw her in TV singing parating the script songs ang kinakanta niya. Nagpakatotoo lang siya nung time na yon. Parang "i love you piolo" lang yan ni toni sa commercial before. No big deal.
That doesn't justify anything...to argue and be unrepentant of what you've done to others. To you, it may not be wrong but the person asked you politely, you could have acknowledged them and asked for understanding. I'll bet they let you.

there is something wrong because this type of behavior is selfish. everyone on that floor paid good money for a good seat. it does not give you a right to go in front just because you're a fan. how about other fans teh wala kang pakialam? I'm a huge fan of script but I don't leave my seat (I'm also in VIP so whatever they paid, I paid too) kasi I want the rest of my peers to have a good time. hindi ung para mauna lang. ganyang behavior kaya mahirap umasenso sa bansa na to.

if it's reserved seating, i'm ok if people stand throughout the performance..man, i'd stand too- it's a sign that everyone's enjoying the concert...but if you're in my personal space, that's something else, you need to go back to your spot..just shows how uncivilized some people are...

i was seated at the VIP section i don't mind if everybody stands as long as they are standing in front of there assigned seats but if you go in front where the bouncers tell you that you are not allowed there and block other's view you call that "mangugulang" and selfish for other peoples right to watch as well. Standing in a concert is ok but rushing forward to the stage area and blocking other peoples view and space which they paid for is absolutely wrong. This is a simple case of right and wrong and not about being a fan or not. She was able to get a meet and greet pass which shows they have a picture together so why so selfish and during the concert you still have to will block other peoples view to be able to be close to them and tolerate your child's action.

When I watched BSB's concert way back 2006 (BSB fan, 90s kid eh. Haha), we stood in front and on our seats for some parts of the show just like most people. For most of the time, the audience stayed in their seats and sang happily with the boys. We didn't rush in front of the stage when they came out but some people did. During slower portions of the concert, we went to the aisle to take some close-up shots of the band and went back to our seats. Di mo naman kailangan manatili sa harap at mang-istorbo ng iba ring nagbayad para makalapit sa pinapanood mo.

when i was in college, she went to laguna to do this field report during tv patrol, something abt kids who drowned in laguna de bay. anyway, the studio cannot hear her so they said that they'll just get back to her. when she got cut off, she threw her mic & started cursing at her staff, asking them why she's not able to connect to the studio. then she told her staff to jump off into the water and drown and die. there were kids around, watching and then the kids said: "ay, nagmumura, kung sexbomb dancers yan, sasayawan lang nila yan." so yeah, magaspang talaga ugali nya.
Dapat kasi wala ng reserved seating sa concerts like Script, Maroon 5, Incubus etc. Kasi useless, hindi macontrol ang crowd. Ung first concert ng Incubus, may reserved seating churva (2003). Obviously useless si reserved seating because sino ba naman ang manunuod ng concert ng band like Incubus pero would remain seated for the entire time (although we didn't rush forward and joined the pit below the stage, we stood on our monoblock chairs otherwise ala kami makikita). Come their 2013 concert, wala ng seating kahit sa Gold VIP (or whatever they call it). Ganun din dapat for the Script. Ung band mismo they would encourage their audience to get up from their seats. If the concert producers remove the seats from VIP sections, concert goers can manage their expectations. Si writer, umasa sa reserved seating and even brought his kid who hyperventilates in crowds (although kuya why oh why would you do that?!) because he trusted the producers to enforce the reserved seating system (which is part of the high price he paid for). Alas, reality check hindi talaga kaya ng bouncers i-control ang crowd. The hotter the act, the more volatile the fans. On Doris, I'm a bit surprised. Mayabang pala sya. I always mistake her for Susan Enriquez, just that Susan appears to be more likable.

Being yourself , like most of Doris' fans insist, doesn't always equate to doing the right thing and doesn't give you the license to shrug off other people's right to your advantage.
Yung iba talaga hindi marunog umintindi. Seated nga daw ang concert diba? So sinong matinong tao ang tatakbo sa harapan? At yun nga eh sa dami ng tao si Doris ang nangunang magtatakbo sa harapan. Di rin talaga marunong magisip yung iba basta makacomment lang.
same thing happened to us during Ed Sheeran's concert. same venue, moa arena. we were in vip, 4th row. when lights went out to indicate na magstart na, people from back rows and even mga tao sa patron side (gilid ng VIP) started RUNNING towards the front as in nasa unahan na sila ng front row seats. the worst thing? may bouncers/staff at the stage and THEY DID NOTHING to make the people go back to their seats. so yes, in the first place, people should stay where they're supposed to be seated. but then again, the producer of the concert should also implement stricter rules. they are the ones responsible to prevent things like this from happening.

Fan po kami ng show ni Doris sa DZMM tele radyo, after work pag uwi pinapanuod sya ng dad ko. nakaka tawa sya. yes bakya ang style nya kaya nga mutya ng masa e. she's very funny and entertaining, bashing officials kasi ang show niya. Also may mga news reports sya in the past na she's asking the right questions hard hitting questions sa politicians & gov officials not doing their jobs right. but this incident... tsk tsk tsk... nasira ang respeto ko sa kanya.

Normal lang yan sa concert especially if you're a big fan of the artist. Ang mali lang ni Doris Bigornia ay dun sa confrontation nila. Bastos siya. At yung lalake naman, hambog.
Hindi naman front row ang nasa video kundi screen. Makikita mong mat ibang taong dumadaan din hindi lang sila Doris. Im not a fan of Doris at hindi ko sya napapanood. Pero sa ganioong concert expect mona na talagang ganon ang mang yayari dahil may mga tao talagang walang konsidirasyon sa ibang taong nanonood din. Kaya lang ito lumaki dahil kilala si Doris pero kong ibang tao lang ito at unknown hindi naman lalaki ang isyong ito.

We have shows in Manila where you just stand up the whole night a good example was the concert of lady gaga.people don't complain because its a standing concert VIP sections at that concert were elevated so they can still see even people were standing.

Sampal naman sa artists, ang boring ng dating kung nakaupo lang ang mga tao buong concert. ilang beses ko nang nakita ang mga high profile celebs na nakikipag unahan din papuntang frontline. Ganyan talaga ang pagiginf fan.

ReplyDeletewhen i was in college, she went to laguna to do this field report during tv patrol, something abt kids who drowned in laguna de bay. anyway, the studio cannot hear her so they said that they'll just get back to her. when she got cut off, she threw her mic & started cursing at her staff, asking them why she's not able to connect to the studio. then she told her staff to jump off into the water and drown and die. there were kids around, watching and then the kids said: "ay, nagmumura, kung sexbomb dancers yan, sasayawan lang nila yan." so yeah, magaspang talaga ugali nya.

DeleteDapat kasi wala ng reserved seating sa concerts like Script, Maroon 5, Incubus etc. Kasi useless, hindi macontrol ang crowd. Ung first concert ng Incubus, may reserved seating churva (2003). Obviously useless si reserved seating because sino ba naman ang manunuod ng concert ng band like Incubus pero would remain seated for the entire time (although we didn't rush forward and joined the pit below the stage, we stood on our monoblock chairs otherwise ala kami makikita). Come their 2013 concert, wala ng seating kahit sa Gold VIP (or whatever they call it). Ganun din dapat for the Script. Ung band mismo they would encourage their audience to get up from their seats. If the concert producers remove the seats from VIP sections, concert goers can manage their expectations. Si writer, umasa sa reserved seating and even brought his kid who hyperventilates in crowds (although kuya why oh why would you do that?!) because he trusted the producers to enforce the reserved seating system (which is part of the high price he paid for). Alas, reality check hindi talaga kaya ng bouncers i-control ang crowd. The hotter the act, the more volatile the fans. On Doris, I'm a bit surprised. Mayabang pala sya. I always mistake her for Susan Enriquez, just that Susan appears to be more likable.

ReplyDeletesame thing happened to us during Ed Sheeran's concert. same venue, moa arena. we were in vip, 4th row. when lights went out to indicate na magstart na, people from back rows and even mga tao sa patron side (gilid ng VIP) started RUNNING towards the front as in nasa unahan na sila ng front row seats. the worst thing? may bouncers/staff at the stage and THEY DID NOTHING to make the people go back to their seats. so yes, in the first place, people should stay where they're supposed to be seated. but then again, the producer of the concert should also implement stricter rules. they are the ones responsible to prevent things like this from happening.

DeleteI was there too pero nasa Upper Box lang ako but kitang.kita kung yung takbuhan ng mga tao paharap pag.akyat ni Ed sa stage. Ang swerte ng mga taga Patron nga dahil mas malapit na sila kesa dun sa VIP. Hahaha Mahirap din kasi talaga icontrol ang crowd.

ReplyDeleteGanyan naman talaga pag concert, pag umakyat na ang artist sa stage, magtatakbuhan talaga ang mga fans para mas makalapit sa artist. Wala ng pakialam sa kung anong seat number ka. Normal lang yan sa concert especially if you're a big fan of the artist. Ang mali lang ni Doris Bigornia ay dun sa confrontation nila. Bastos siya. At yung lalake naman, hambog.

ReplyDeleteHindi naman front row ang nasa video kundi screen. Makikita mong mat ibang taong dumadaan din hindi lang sila Doris. Im not a fan of Doris at hindi ko sya napapanood. Pero sa ganioong concert expect mona na talagang ganon ang mang yayari dahil may mga tao talagang walang konsidirasyon sa ibang taong nanonood din. Kaya lang ito lumaki dahil kilala si Doris pero kong ibang tao lang ito at unknown hindi naman lalaki ang isyong ito.
