Well there in pinas kasi its so traffic no matter how hard u tried as long as u are with in rush hour theres no chances of getting on time.. Here in russia traffic is controllable.. I sugges learn to use transportation jutsu from obito or fourth hokage so that u will get on time
Worst customer service nasa Pinas lahat. Mapamobile phone, kuryente, taxi, hotel..dami kasing mayabang. People don't appreciate that when customers get their service, they are giving them business. Hay..palpak talaga. Whatever
I've had too many horrible experiences with Easy Taxi drivers and management. Grab Taxi is still the safest and most reliable, also the most polite drivers.
This also happens in GrabTaxi. Lalo na kapag sobrang traffic. I waited for 30mins+ only for the taxi driver to cancel on me. Buti nga may text pa dito. Ung sakin as in lumabas na lang "cancelled" habang tinatrack ko ung taxi. Baka nakahanap ng ibang pasahero along the way. sharing lang

Sa totoo lang Basura ang Easy Taxi. We had the chance to cater for them and they are a pain to deal with. Mga hindi sila professional. Wala silang isang salita, mayayabang at mga hambog. Kung tratuhin ng empleyado ng Easy Taxi ang mga crew namin ay parang mga alipin. I'm not surprised na ganyan sila sumagot sa social media dahil ganyan talaga ang ugali nila. Ang mga taong nagtatrabaho dun ay mga walang pakielam. Kung sino man ang owner or investors ng Easy Taxi ay dapat tanggalin sa trabaho ang lahat nagtatrabaho dun at palitan ng bago. Try to never deal with Easy Taxi. They are the worst kind of people to interact with. I'm not exagerating. Mga bastos ang mga emplyeyado ng Easy Taxi who do not care about anything.

Uber! Safe na, mababait pa yung drivers. Ilang beses na akong nag-Uber, and never did I encountered rude drivers. Friendly pa sila. :)
