Next time icheck muna ung goods, kahit ano pa man yan, bago isign ang delivery papers kasi its a form of acceptance. Dapat nga tinetest pa yan kung gumagana diba. Pati mga kasambahay turuan niyo magbusisi incase sila lang available na magreceive ng items.
Ilan beses na ko bumili sa abenson. Hindi nila idedeliver sa yoang binili mo kapag hindi bayad ng buo. Pag walang stock, hindi iproprocess ang transaction kase tinatawag nila yun sa warehouse. Kaya kaduda duda ang fb post na ito. Ganyan din ang policy ng sm appliance, robinsons, at automatic centre

Stocks are always new. More pleasant customer service and they offer the best prices. We stopped buying from Abensons years ago.

Question lang. Di ba when u buy an appliance dun pa lang mismo sa store pinpakita na yung appliance u bought para ma check. Di ba nya ginawa to? Dun pa lang malalaman mo na kung may stock o wala.
May mali din yung buyer. Dapat before you sign (confirming that the goods were received in good order and condition), dapat tiningnan nga talaga na maayos ang goods na natanggap and that the serial number on the body of the ref matches the one on the receipt.... I agree also with other commenters. I don't think I've had appliances delivered without having completely paid for both item and delivery. I just had an inverter ref delivered last month and my brother inspected the item in my absence. It's unthinkable not to have it taken out of the box because parts of freezer (the ice-maker) still had to be assembled and you'd have to check that the accessories/compartments are complete.
I've also bought a few appliances there and surprisingly, i didnt know na pwede pala ang installment?! How come?! Eh kahit shipping fee nga, sinisingil na upon ordering para lahat lahat in one receipt na lang. I'm weirded out by this.
Ive bought appliances from abensons before & from sm as well. And they open the appliances in front of us and they had us sign the delivery receipt that what they brought us is exactly what we paid for..

Never na kami buy sa Abensons, we bought our automatic WM there coz they have a promo na installment. Nung dineliver walang kahon tapos sabi nung nagdeliver ganun daw talaga ang mga WM walang kahon. We're suspecting na class A or B lang sya and hindi brand new kaya wala na sya kahon. Class A or B are much cheaper, kaya naman pala installment at a brand new price tsk tsk. So never again will we buy at Abensons feeling naming naloko kami.
Ilang bese na din kami nakabili ng appliances sa Abenson pero bago nila i-deliver kailangang fully paid na yung item whether cash, debit or credit card as long as fully paid sya and at the same time babayaran mo na din yung delivery charge if for delivery sya... I don't think na pumapayag sila ng installment then yung balance upon delivery... At saka upon ordering tsinitsek nila if may stock pa bago kayo pagbayarin... If walang stock check nila sa other branches and then inform kayo if saang branch may stock.... I think it's a demolition job against Abenson...

Dapat bago nyo tinanggap yong na deliver na item check nyo muna, kung hindi yon yong binili mo wag mo tanggapin.... kasi bago naman sila mag commit ng item they make sure na may stock sila, kung wala naman sasabihin nila kung ok lang sayo ang dispaly na o kaya pili ka ng iba...i think may dagdag bawas na sa kwento ng customer... pareho akong bumibili sa SM at Abenson and once an employee of one them... hindi nila sisirain ang pangalan nila sa ganitong klaseng reklamo..
Parang di naman kapani-paniwala yan, kasi I've been buying from Abenson's for more than a decade and am happy with their service. Bago ka nila pagbayarin, they check first if may stock sa store o warehouse. If for delivery yung appliance, they either charge you the delivery fee or waive it, if you're a valued customer. Kapag na-deliver naman, the delivery guy will ask you to check the appliance if tama at kung okay, as in walang dent. Dati yung ref na binili ko may dent sa likod, pi-null out nila at saka pinalitan agad that same week.
Iba iba ata rules ng abenson per branch. May branch na installment may branch na full dapat agad.
in this case, abenson rob galleria ang tinutuloy ng ngsend which i know tumatanggap ng installment kasi i bought tv there same mode 50 percent down then ung kalahati upon delivery.
Ok naman ung tv na dineliver ng galleria branch. Minalas lng ung ngsemd nabiktima ng bad service.
doon ko binili yung led tv ko, wala naman akong naging problema sa abenson's! tska I paid in full bago I-deliver sa akin yung tv. weird lang, pwede pala na half muna tas yung balance upon delivery? wala naman sinabi sa akin ang abensons na ganun. tska yung una kong nagustuhan sinabi sa akin na wala na palang stock kaya kung yun pa din daw ang gusto ko mag-aantay pa daw ako ng ganung model kasi kukunin pa sa warehouse nila. eh gusto ko na talaga bumili ng tv kaya pumili na lang ako ng ibang brand. kaya happy naman ako sa naging service sa akin ng abenson's.

wala namang problema yong pipilitin ka, kung ayaw mo eh di tumalikod at umalis.. pero yong pag-deliver ng ibang item yon ang di katanggap-tanggap..
