@2:33AM- I agree with you and Carla on this. Yung mga nagco comment here na walang alam, we can't blame them because they do not pay their taxes not because they want to evade paying taxes but simply because they are all jobless...mahirap makahanap ng trabaho now ang mga high school lang ang natapos. #KTnxBye
I think shes talking about the electronic filing required of all 'big' taxpayers. It really is stressful because once you are tagged, you have no choice but to comply. The processing is a horror especially since BIR and the banks have separate support. The process is not streamlined and yet compliance is required. I feel you Carla.
March 26, 2015 at 6:31 AM maka high school grad naman teh! Mind you, my classmates who graduated in college with flying colors are jobless. Compared to some na hindi na nakatungtong nang college. Wag igeneralize teh. But I totally agree with you Carla!
Sana siguraduhin nyong may alam kayo bago kayo mag comment
OK naman new filing system ng BIR, it lessens the interaction between the taxpayers and the BIR employees. Iwas lagay lagay and whatnot.. Problema lang ang timing talaga.
eh kaya nga sya hingi ng palugit sa time frame because she pays her taxes. ma experience nya ba hassle ng new rule kung di sya nagbabayad ng tax.. tsk.
Carla, if you and your accountant are organized and paying much attention to your income, expenses, whatnots, you can easily prepare yourself ahead of time. Stop whining and just file your taxes.
Do you file for your own taxes? Coz if you do, you'd know of BIR's new implementations that they didn't cascade to the public beforehand.. hassle talaga..and they charge fines pa for it. Ugh.
with just 3 weeks before april 15 tapos may lumabas na bagong rules, paano mo i aadjust. Kaloka ka teh, mahirap lalo sa mdaming properties at businesses un!!!
May i know saang article nya to kinuha??
Maling pagtitipid!
Bago kayo magreact alamin nyo muna..
I'd agree. Dealing with BIR or any other government office is such a pain in the a**. Yung tipong kailangan pumila ng milya-milya tapos transfer ng transfer sa kung kani-kaninong counter or office to get everything done. But then you have to do it because you are a responsible citizen. Kung di lang sana kinukurakot eh.
Hindi rin. Even the best accountants are not comfortable with the new regulations set by BIR so close to April 15.
I agree with her.
if companies with thousands of complicated transactions can comply, lalo na ikaw na kokonti lng naman ang babayaran sa BIR. if you have a busy schedule, it is your responsibility to find for an accountant who will do the job for u. kng nahihirapan ka humanap ng accountant, maraming mga well- known auditing firms who can assists you at mas sigurado ka pa sa services na ipoprovide. you don't have to rant just like what you always do, just delegate the job that i'm sure u find so complicated and stressful.
nabasa ko to actually somewhere. bglang may binago ang BIR and effective immediately kaya problema lalo na less than a month nalang ang meron. sana nag bigay sila enough time para mag adjust mga tao. masyado nila minadali then may fine pa
i believe a lot of those who've commented above don't even know, much less understand the issue.
it's not a matter of accounting, but a drastic change in filing procedures that makes it harder for Filipinos to file income taxes for fiscal year 2014.
why change the old, user-friendly form to one that is multiple-paged and harder for the everyday-person to fill-up and understand? because they are again copying what the US is using!
it would've been fine if they adopted the same form and system, but they should, at least, inform the people beforehand, and give the Filipinos time to adjust to what they've decided on.
Kahit ano kasing gawin ni Carla ehihate xa nila. Kaya they don't take time on reading and understanding as if they are so much better than Carla. Sana lng mas mganda pa mukha nyo kay Carla.
Kung forms lang ang nagbago, would it take a week to fill the forms up? What hassle are you talking about? if you file your income and pay your taxes regularly, this shouldn't be an issue. I've been filing my taxes ever since I started working and never had an issue with it.
Nakakatawa yung mga nagrereact dito ng nega just because they dont like her. Her post is actually relevant regardless if she's amiable or not.
You have no idea what the last minute changes are, do you? Alamin muna bago mag-maganda. Lumalabas lang na talagang haters lang kayo.
May bago kasing regulation nitong march lang for implementation this tax season.
What regulations are you talking about? I've been filing my taxes ever since I started working and the recent change that I know is the increase of non taxable bonus cap.
Unlike regular employees whose taxes are withheld by the employers.
I find her post sensible and timely. It's true that BIR loves to promulgate new regulations without providing ample time for proper information dissemination. Law students would agree that the Tax code is pretty useless because of the so many regulations promulgated by BIR since our current tax law was enacted that in effect amend the tax code and make it seem like our tax laws have not been codified. So ung mga nagrereact dyan against her post reveal that you don't know or pay much attention to our tax laws and regulations. I personally don't like her and she makes my irrational hate list but as a taxpayer I can't help but second her sentiments about the new process for filing taxes.
Sept 2014 pa nilabas yang mandatory use of electronic BIR Forms. Clarification and imposition of penalties lang ang bagong inimplement. Magbasa kaya kayo.
I know the regulations she was talking about (eFiling for Large Taxpayers and soft copies ng mga certain wht cert)and true less than a month na lang befor filing i ma mandatory pa..
Carla is smart she is aware of the new ruling on taxation.
DeleteObviously you guys don't pay taxes. My mga pagong rules sila and bilaan lumalabas. So I agree with her. You guys better pay your own taxes.

DeleteI agree with 2:33, they release new rules, almost 3 weeks before the April 15 deadline, kaya tama lang magreklamo siya. Unfair naman talaga

DeleteHuh? As if naman walang accountant si Carla. Kung makakuda kala mo siya magpoprocess.
DeleteAsus! Mag bayad ka na lang tax! Dami mo pang dada dyan Carla!
DeleteEasy for non tax payers to say.
Deleteeh kaya nga sya hingi ng palugit sa time frame because she pays her taxes. ma experience nya ba hassle ng new rule kung di sya nagbabayad ng tax.. tsk.

ReplyDeleteDi mo naintindihan sinabi nya ksi Ingles ano?
DeleteKung di mo pinoproblema ang bagong tax rules eh... #alamna
DeleteCarla is nega but I have to agree with her. BIR is implementing new rules nang biglaan nakakastress!

#taxpayerherealso
DeleteAnon 12:20AM. Hahaha! Halatang wala kang alam. Empleyado ka malamang kaya feeling mo walang hassle.
