    2. yes, palala nang palala ang customer service ng Globe. Sad kc globe din ako eversince, 5110 pa lang ang free nilang phone at super ganda pa ng customer service dati...

    5. Tama si 4:26! 15 minutes palang post agad. Blue is just the standard. Ang priority talga is Platinum. Pakaarte ni Adrew Wolfe may lakad ata. Imagine yung ibang wala pang card.

    6. Try mo kaya pumunta ng Globe or tumawag sa kanila? Nang matauhan ka? Sobrang malala ang service ng Globe kung service ngang matatawag. Try mo lang kahit one time baka mauna ka pang mag instagram.

  6. I'm also a premium account holder of globe from postpaid plans to landline and internet. Di na talaga nakakatuwa ang serbisyo ng globe ngayon. Nandyan yung mga charges na di mo alam kung saan nanggaling at yung customer service nila, naku naman kasumpa-sumpa. Sana may aksyon silang gawin dito.

  10. pakiayos din ng signal nyo! yung LTE area nyo sa IT park cebu, may tower na nga andun pa office nyo pero minsan sobrang bagal ng pocketwifi ko! naka postpaid ako pero parang pang prepaid lang nakukuha kong bilis!

  13. maayos naman ang CS ng Ayala Malls at BPI, i wonder baket hindi nila magawa sa Globe yan. napakalala talaga kahit saang branch, prang di ka welcome unless new subscriber ka.

    1. Are you kidding the other BPI accountholders?! Try calling their hotline and you'll wait for ages for a CS to answer and sometimes no resolution pa ang issue mo.

  14. Ako nga platinum member di maasikaso ng mabuti e... imagine pati pinakamahal at sosyal na hospital sa norte wala signal...pano na lng pag may emergency mga doctor don ediwow di na naabutan...hay globe...

  15. Ilang beses na hindi nare-recieve ang text messages. As in HINDI talaga! Pag-check mo naman sa fon ng nag-send sayo, andun nag-send naman! Kadalasan pa delayed ang dating ng text! Naka-uwi na ang anak ko galing school, ang text niya na pauwi na sya hindi ko pa rin nare-recieve! Paano kung emergency? Minsan naman pag nagpa-load ka delayed din o talagang hindi pumapasok! Gusto ko na mag-switch sa Smart kung ganito ng ganito!

  17. When I was inquiring about Postpaid in Globe Shangri-La, the customer service guy didn't even smile. Ni hindi ako pinaupo. Plus parang wala syang alam. Naloka ako.

  18. Ke ano pang card ang hawak nya e talaga namang needs improvement ang buss ctr ng globe. Or should i say major revamp ng lahat ng services nila.

    Dahil sa globe, abot nila ang wallet mo.

  19. I feel you! I have a 2 month old complaint case sa kanila for delivering the wrong phone units sa amin (8 new line applications, corporate account). Matagal nang nasa stage na idedeliver na ang replacement units pero wala pa rin til now. LOUSY!

  20. Nothing new with Globe. Customer service don't care less about customers. Whether at business centers or over the phone. How many times will you suffer from their extremely poor service?
