Actually mas powerful ang social media. Word of mouth can either make you or break you. Pag lumabas sa soc med matataranta na ang establishment sa pag damage control. But then again, people abuse this privilege either magpabayad, manira or simpleng magpasikat lang.
Red kimono. I think that's a sit down buffet. THey hand you over the menu and you point to them what you want. Then they serve you the food. It's been years and that's how it was. Not sure if they still run the same system.
OMG! Been working in a call center inside UP-Ayala technohub for 2 years now and have eaten in red kimono more than 50 times! mejo mahal ang food kumpara sa ibang resto sa buong technohub pero I choose to eat there sometimes dahil akala ko pa nman ung bnabayaran eh equivalent to quality! Never again!
Dito sa States serious health code violation yan. The resto is investigated and if found to have unsanitary practices, dirty kitchens, and other health code violations, they are closed down to clean up their kitchens and the whole establishment, then after rigorous inspections they are allowed to open again and then given a new letter rating on their door/entrance to let potential customers know. They are still allowed to operate pero they become subjected to frequent food safety inspections until they are certified "clean". If the problems persist yun na, permanent closure na ang mangyayari. Dapat ganyan rin sa Pilipinas. Kasi hindi biro nagkasakit dahil sa maduming pagkain regardless kung mahal man o mura ang binabayadan ng customer.
Talagang mahirap na ang buhay!...pati mga ipis kayod marino na din...linsyak nung isang araw sa Greenwich ah...lasagna...ngayon naman Katsudon...sosyal pa ang tastebuds ng mga hinayupak...international cuisine pa...'from Italy to Japan'... Kasalanan ng 0.01% bacteria ito eh...linsyak na yun hindi matepok-tepok...
Sa mga restau naman...ingat-ingat sa mga ganito...LINIS LINIS!hindi lang mapapasama ang pangalan nyo...magsuffer pa business...baka maging kaso pa pag me madisgrasyang customer!!!
