Yes she couldve like how ariella, shamcey, and janine did. But obviously amswering it well isnt enough anymore. I guess they put more weight on beauty now.
She competed in South Africa, and that time, most of MW winners are dark-skinned or non-whites. Very few won with fair skin. I remember watching her and she gave the best answer among the top 3.
Agree ako kahit di ko bet tong si Ruffing. Kahit sinong Pinoy masasagot yang question na yun. Being the typhoon capital of the world, our country's greatest contribution is to bring hope; show the rest of the world that there's a rainbow always after the rain. LOL

Boxer, singer, actor, endorser, alleged tax evader, politician, businessman, national godfather, basketball coach and player, lieutenant colonel, future President of the Philippines (unfortunately) and now Miss Universe judge!
