True. I don't talk about pageants at work because I'm embarrassed to let them know I watch this kind of stuff, and I work with really beautiful, educated, smart, Latinas. Kami kami lang mga pinoy ang nagbubulungan tungkol dyan pero di rin lahat ng Pinoy. Yung mga puti at itim mas lalo ng walang paki-alam sa pageants.
That's true. There are so many beautiful women everywhere. Talented, educated and smart. Beautiful with brains too boot. They don't waste their time on these pageant. They think it's shallow and belong to third world countries, and i agree it's shallow and superficial.
Dun sa nag comment ng "dito sa US", tama ka sa sinabi mo it is not much of a big deal s mga puti at itim. Pero bakit prime time ang pageant? Kasi US is a melting pot of races and cultures. Malakas hatak s mga latinos even asians. So kanya2x trip lang. Let others enjoy kung yun ang gusto nila. And yes i am also here sa US so naiintindihan ko ang point mo regarding how other races feel about pageantries.
