ReplyDeleteKung may political aspirations pa to si Noli ehdi sana nuon palang pumapel na sya, yet he was very quiet. He probably realized that politics is not for him and he'd rather stay on the sideline. Wala syang mapapala sa pagiyak nya on national tv, so I think his tears were sincere. Kahit sino rin naman maiiyak.

ReplyDeleteNot really , Hindi lang sila shunga . What are those tears for? Compassion and empathy is not about how many tears you have shed but what you do. I can shed a lot of tears in front of the public but have I done something behind the bright klieg lights. It all goes down as empty.

What are those tears for? He can cry in private? When he was in a position of power did he lift a finger to better the lives of those people. Please spare us the drama as those tears will not benefit the people that died but will definitely be beneficial to their own ratings. Their is a time for expressing one's grief and not when on the job . So far I have never seen any veteran international or the likes of Harry Gasser playing that crying and emotion tugging games. Before anybody could say about have we done anything for our countrymen . yes we have in a very quiet own way . Just because we do not buy into that crap and we do not have blinders on does not mean we are cold . Maraming nauutong madlamg people. True empathy and sincerity can be expressed in a private way and is more meaningful and most pure when done away from the media. Do you not think so?

He was at work and regardless of what's happening around him as an anchor he needs to do his job with impartiality. Please don't justify your arguments with being a robot ok .
