    1. Nakakaloka talaga. She may even be afraid to come home to Lebanon for fear or persecution.

    2. Lebanon should have not sent a delicate to Miss Universe if they have a law that condemns Lebanese from interacting with an Israeli. Miss Universe is a pageant that promotes unity in the midst of diverse cultures. It will be inevitable for Miss Lebanon and Israel to cross paths.

    3. ano po yung delicate?

  2. Nice one Val! Sabi nga ni Pope Francis, don't pass your judgment. Weep for other people then you can understand them.

  3. I agree with Valerie! We should be open minded in a sense that there are issues like these. And we should respect them and not judge them because we don't know what they are going through.

  4. If that's their law, who are we to judge miss lebanon.

    2. 1:05 look what's happening in Mindanao that's what Palestine do in Israel

    3. Technically still at war. Israel laid siege and massacred civilians and refugees. Lebanon has the right to protect its interests by having these laws in place to discourage consorting with the enemies so to speak. Miss Israel should have been sensitive enough, as she who had served in the army would have known the reason why Miss Lebanon was avoiding physical evidences of them being seen together.

Anong klaseng pag-iisip yan?

    5. This is the point that i can totally say na slow ka Glinda. Puro lng kasi "starlets" ang alam mo.

      Delete
    6. How about the rockets sent by Hezbollah to Israel from Lebanon? Besides, that massacre you're talking about, 2:02 was greenlighted by the Lebanese government itself. Yes, the Lebanese hate the Palestinians, and so do the Jordanians. LOL

      Delete

      Delete
    8. Galing ni Glinda ah. Tama jordan hates palestinians when during the intifada, the palestinians settled at the jordanian soil and set on fire airplanes. Jordan sent arafat and his men out of jordan.

    2. Valerie's bloodline is none of her doing. She's not a Nazi just because she's a half German. If you must know, Israel now runs the biggest prison camp in Earth.

    3. Israel will continue to defend itself. It is peaceful when not provoked. It doesnt rule its citizens to not have a picture with a 'hostile' country. Israel can be mean but remember that during typhoon Yolanda it sends help to the Philippines.

    4. Ano naman kung half German si Valerie? Member ba sya ng Third Reich? Hindi naman diba? Makasabi lang.

    3. Illegally occupied? There is and was no P time immemorial. Relics and history said so. I is the 9nky country in the ME which is democratic.

    5. There is no Israel country in the time of Christ. And before that. They are freed frm Egypt then went on to find their Holy Land. So u can't rule out that it's theirs because many tribes are there before them..

  18. Lebanon should stop joining pageants. They openly show na at war sila with Israel. How can they be an ambassador for world peace? Baka ang world peace for Lebanon is when they wiped out the enemy at sila nalang ang natitira. Dati gusto ko si Valerie but after reading her post she is just another dumb beauty pageant. Really? Condone mo pa ang bias ng isang nation instead of enlightening them. So OK lang kung pinapatay ang LGBT community sa or kaya second class citizen ang babae sa Muslim countries kasi yun ang "LAW" nila?

    1. Nakakatawa nga eh law daw ng Lebanon, pero hindi naman sa Lebanon ginaganap ang pageant in short hindi pwede iapply ang law na yan outside their territory just like their sharia law

      Delete
    2. Oh bakit napasok LGBT dito? Duh.
Fearful for her life nga diba?

Hmp!

    3. 1:14

" Dati gusto ko si Valerie but after reading her post she is just another dumb beauty pageant. "

      And you call Valerie "dumb".
1st - Magtagalog ka na lang. She is not a beauty pageant, she is a beauty queen.
2nd - the law applies not only within the territory, but also to its citizens werever they are. If you are Korean at nagpunta ka abroad, pag pinatawag ka ng bansa mo to enlist sa military, wala kang magagawa kundi sumunod. Same as this Ms. Lebnon, she carries their law wherever she'll go unless she'll change her citizenship.
3rd - You call someone "dumb" just because she just Defends a friend and explained such law exists in Lebanon.
Check your history.

  19. Tumigil ka. Wag ka na sumawsaw. This is a sensitive issue. When we stop commenting esp in a social networking site, the issue will just die a natural death. Just keep mum and dont contribute anymore. This issue may cause great harm on your friend when she comes home.

  20. A law is a law. Kahit sa opinion natin ay mali, we can not do anything about it. I love Israel and I support their passion in defending their country at all cost. But for this issue, sablay sila. Miss Israel knew that law in Lebanon and she deliberately placed her in jeopardy. Probably she wants Miss Lebanon to quit? I hope Miss Israel admits her wrongdoing and save Miss Lebanon from prosecution and persecution. That is being peaceful.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Ok Miss Lebanon is not only looking after herself, HER FAMILY could be targeted also... extreme law = extreme execution

    ReplyDelete
  23. Miss Israel should just apologize kay Miss Lebanon para matapos na.
