Verrry impressed at how their motif is ahead of the trend. pantone just announced this morning that "marsala" is to be the color for 2015, which is very much like that wine-y, dust-y red in dongyan's invite.

I agree. It fits perfectly with their motif - the colour scheme is very Spanish. Very crisp, clean, and elegant looking. That's the problem in the Philippines, people are used to over-the-top, often very tacky-looking invitations while in other countries, more people are opting for simple and elegant designs usually with 1-3 colours. This invitation is perfect. Heartworld take note, this is what classy looks like.
Anon 7:29 I beg to disagree. Si Marian, as per her ig acct. looks OC. Very organized, malinis at maayos palagi. I think this is her written all over it. Nasanay lang tayo ng invites na madaming burloloy. And I don't need any convincing!
It's not something I would pick for myself but kudos to them for going with deep colors instead of the usual pastel/peach/champagne wash of colors. Vibe is very Spanish. And yes, this year's color is marsala so the couple may have known about it. It's also refreshing to see the groom's input in the invitation. Most grooms leave this part to the bride. So that's a good sign for the soon to be married couple, they're both involved in the planning part. I'm not sure what scale the other commenters are using when they say it's not impressive hehe. Eh hindi naman royalty ang ikakasal, walang royals sa pinas save for Muslim royals. Why expect so much from artistas anyway?

Saw the whole picture of invitation, it was good but not astonishing. The colour combination and over-all design doesn't go together. I find it weird, by some comments here. There's too much happening in that invitation.
Let us be happy for this couple and have their ever after. I hope that marriage will change Dingdong into a faithful husband. Marian can only have so many enemies in showbiz.
