At 8:22 pm I dialed 8-7000 Jollibee Delivery to place an order. I was informed that my order will arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. An hour later, at around 9:30, I called back to follow up my order. I was shocked when the operator asked me if I was willing to wait for another 45 minutes because of the high demand.

ReplyDeleteNaku fp kahit naman sa counter nang jollibee mabagal rin, mabilis sila kumilos pagmay bisor na nakabantay. At may mga empleyado na suplado di man lang ngumiti, magsmile man pagtalikod sayo ang mukha di maipinta. Base yan sa obserbasyon ko ha!

I called after 30 mins then after 45 mins ( their telling me on the way na rider etc) after an hour and a half wla pa din, i called 87000 again to ask for the tel no of the branch that was supposed to cater our order, so i calle the branch, and guess what!? The branch said that they were not supposed to be the branch that would cater our order, that their all center agent sent our order to the wrong branch What The .... Db? Ang lupit!

I ordered chicken kiddie meal for my daughter and they made me wait for 45 minutes, after 45 minutes I called them again only to find out that my order has been cancelled because they ran out of toys for the kiddie meal and they didn't even bother calling me, so I wrote a letter to them and they didn't even bother responding. Worst! Ordered burger with fries when the delivery boy arrived he said he doesn't know anything about the fries, , 2nd time around there was no fries again for same reason, he doesnt know anything so I asked him to get it back from their branch, I did pay for it so its only fair that i'll ask for it. 3rd time the delivery guy was not informed of the sundae thats included in my order so again he went back to their branch to get it. 4th time, there was no 4th time. I had enough. 😊

ReplyDeleteI had the worst experience. I specifically asked for any part of the chicken except the thigh part. Lo and behold, they gave me the thigh part. To top it all, there was no chicken gravy, the fries were cold, and the coke was warm. I was too kind to let it all pass and didn't bother calling the manager. I just sucked it all up and paid for the unsatisfying food and poor service they provided.

ReplyDeleteOMG kahit mismo sa stores nila sobrang bagal mag serve ng customers sa counter. Minsan 2 tao pa nag-aasikaso sa yo sa counter pero sobrang bagal pa rin. Ang dami dami pang offers sa yo na "large na po yung fries at drink?" o "gusto niyo po ba mag avail ng card?" o "gusto niyo po mag-add ng dessert" bla bla bla. gets ko naman na part yon ng trabaho to promote products pero sana naman hindi sobrang dami.

After another hour and thirty minutes dumating ang delivery! Wala daw na receive na cancellation at pinipilit akong bumayad. To top it off, MALI YUNG ORDER, WALA PANG CHANGE (inidicate naman to nung nagorder ako).

ReplyDeleteI agree!!! I was given a 20-minute delivery guarantee. Made three ffups and was advised that the branch will call for feedback but i didnt receive any! Had to cancel the order!!! The operator just said ok and wasnt even apologetic. After almost 2hrs, my order arrived but i told the rider im not accepting it anymore. He just left and again like the operator, wast even apologetic. No one from the branch or call center called me to explain the delay or to even ask for an apology!!! Boycott Jollibee!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteWe also had really bad experiences with jollibee's delivery service, especially sa online delivery. We already paid via credit card tapos after an hour wala pa yun order. When I called rhe hotline, I was told na may sira yun server nila so di napasok yun order. Imagine, I already paid for the order tapos di pala nila nakuha. I had to repeat all our orders sa csr nila, then may mga items na unavailable which made it complicated kasi nga nagbayad na ko via cc. Nawalan din ng point na nag order ako online because we ended up calling them anyway. In the end, i demanded for 200 gc for the inconvenience, to which they agreed. The rider came without the gc, fries and beverages, so he had to go back. Hassle. Buti pa mcdo, ordering online is a breeze!

I was like "Sana tumawag kayo para naman hindi ako mukang tanga na nag aantay dito, kung may darating bang bubuyog sa bahay ko o wala" then ended the call.

ReplyDeleteSo very true indeed!! It happened to me thrice! Mauubos talaga ang patience mo sa kahihintay sa orders mo. I have learned my lesson, and vowed never to order from them anymore. Mabuti na lang, may gift certificates silang binibigay kapag late na P200. Pero dapat, kapag super super late, P500 na ang ibigay nila. Ngayon na, sa sobrang dalas ng delivery nila, naka ipon na ako ng 1k worth of GCs.

At dalawang beses pa ako niyan umorder, 2 consecutive Sundays of July this year. Ngayon kahit pumasok sa any jollibee establishment di ko na ginagawa. I won't purchase any of their food ever! Di man lang ako tinawagan. Second time, ganun ulit. Tas one time naman, nagpunta ako sa isang branch nila at 8pm, pinapasok pa ko, only to find out closed na sila! Di ba nila pwedeng sabihin outright?????? Kaya di na ko nabigla dun sa nawalan sila ng chicken for a long while.

DeleteOh well! I had same experience pero mas grabe yung dine in experience ko. I ordered for bucket meal. Sbi 10 mins. Daw yunh chicken. So nauna ang spag at fries. I requested for leg and thigh nag-agree si ate na nasa cashier. I had to follow up after 10 mins. Dumating after 15 mins na nkalagay sa carton na box. So hiwa hiwalay tapos puro wings. Wala daw avail na bucket. Mas ok kasi bucket kung may take out pa and worst hindi luto yung chicken. May dugo pa. Kadiri.kung hindi lng paborito ng mga bata hindi na ako kakain dyan ever. Laki laki nh kita hindi ayusin ang customer service -pissed mother
ReplyDeleteYes they are the worst! Pag sobrang gutom ako i always go for the most reliable -Mcdonald's. 30-45mins lang never fail. Lesson learned was when I ordered around dinner time. Sabi ng customer service 1 -1 1/2 hour pa delivery time. I told her to double check kasi may 3 Jollibee branches na malapit within 100-250meters away. Ganun daw ang minimum delivery time nila. Nevermind. Mcdo nga mas malayo bakit kaya in 30mins or less

ReplyDeleteComputerized ang system nila. Manual nga lang e. Pag may pumasok na order, need i-accept ng umaayos ng delivery. Madalas natataranta o neglect lang nila yung computer para sa delivery. Kung may i-print sila, yung mismong resibo yun. Susme!

Sarado na raw kasi ung store na magdeliver maghanap daw sila ng ibang store na magdeliver. Patience is a virtue ang peg ko. So I said ok. Another hour has passed waley pa rin. Repeat from the top until 5am. Inofferan na nila ako ng gc 200. Sabi ko kelangan ko pagkain ndi gc makakain ko ba yan? Aun ending nganga ako. Sana nagpnta na lang ako sa pinakamalapit na store nakatulog pa sana ako ulit nun. WORST WORST WORST DELIVERY!!!

Ang sagot ba naman sa akin eh hindi daw nila alam san ung address ko kaya di pa nila alam san branch nila ibibigay kc ealang may alam!!! Kaloka...sabi ko hiningi nyo pa number ko kung di din naman pala kayo tatawag para mag clarify. Waiy daw ulit another 45mins...ewan ko ba sino nagpapatakbo ng call center nila at ganyan yan. Alam nman nila na in-demand delivery nila hindi nila ayusin.
ReplyDeleteThe same thing happened to us last week. We were having OT when my boss ordered at Jollibee. 30mins passed and I heard my boss arguing with the operator. Another 45 minutes pa daw and my boss said to the operator to just cancel the order and we'll order at Mcdo instead. Natakot ata yung operator and our order arrived after 20mins. So almost 1hr ang waiting time namin.

ReplyDeleteSa akin nman I called Jollibee para magpa diver then it took an hour and a half nung dumting un order ko and since late sila instead of paying the whole amount of P200+ ,un delivery guy ginawa na lang free yung order ko. Also tip if sobrang bagal ng crew sa counter or pending un food nyo,you can just say "counter hassle" or just "hassle". Ite take over ng Manager yung position ng crew sa cashier para mas mblis. They will know nman na inis ka na kaka antay ng order mo na pending if narinig nila un "hassle" and instead ipa prioritize un order mo. Turo sa akin ng friend ko who once worked sa Fast food chain.

ReplyDeleteTrue. It happenned to us. just recently. sabi nla on the way na ang order, good luck. walang dumating. same din sa Red ribbon, nag email ako sa customer service nila. deadma sila.
ReplyDeleteSakin nakakadiring nangyari sa tinake out kong pancake sa jollibee is when i was about to eat yung pancake na binili ko pag ka tingin ko ng elalim ng pancake may langaw. -_-
ReplyDeleteTaga-Las Piñas ako dalawang beses na akong nagpadeliver puro kinansel ko kasi sobrang tagal kaming naghintay tapos wala na naman!!!! Yung last matindi nagpadeliver kami mga 6:30pm after 2 hours wala pa kaya pinacancel na lang namin buti pa KFC!!! XD

ReplyDeleteTheir delivery is indeed the worst. They fail to deduct my parent's senior citizen discount on our order. The Manila delivery hotline and one of the branches here in Bacolod City don't want to take the blame. They never issued us a receipt. We also never heard from them after that incident. It's disappointing.
