Heart found a rich, educated popular guy? Pleazzzz. Rich? look at his SALN first before you say rich. That is why it is his would-be bride who is spending on their wedding. Educated? He may be but he is not using his brains by choosing a woman way below him who cannot even spell nor use the right grammar. Popular? Popular but for all the wrong reasons. I say condolence to both this soon to be married couple!
