Lazy Nurses agad pinag sponge bath lang. Imbyerna. Salita ng salita hindi naiintindihan ang trabaho ng mga nurses. Ano ba naman yung mag punas ka sa pamangkin mo?
1.35 tama, kala nila sa nurses alila. Kung talagang high ang fever ng bata nag convulse na yun. Masyadong OA ang reaction ni Ate dahil hindi sila nabigyan ng special attention.
Medyo shonga itong is 3:50, kung nagbasa ka, malalaman mo na hindi lang issue yung di pagsipot ng doctor! Issue rin especially sa mga Nurses na kayod kabayo na tawagin silang tamad. Di mo makita yung hashtag? Shonga!
7:59, there is no such thing as Dengue DUE to high fever! Nangyari na samin yun at bilang bantay kami ang nagpupunas sa patient. Main concern sa Dengue ay ang platelet count, not really the fever.
kung ako din naman sa lugar nya magwawala din ako. pag may fever ibig sabhin there's something wrong. hind lang basta2 dapat binabalewala lng un. mainit ang katawan kasi nakikipaglaban ang katawan ng tao sa infection or any bad bacteria.. dapat nga naman kasi may doctor.. ang buhay kasi pagnawala hnd lng basta2 ang sakit na mararamdaman ng isang tao... hnd mapapalitan un... ang mga nagtatrabaho naman kasi sa hospital dapat e alert lage, mabilis mag isip ng susunod na action.. alam kung ano sasabihin sa mga bantay.. nurse din ako.. at pag emergency cases.. kahit lagnat lng yan.. hnd lang basta text2.. dapat naman kasi talga lage may resident doctor..

Well she has the right to complain and I understand where she's coming from. It is hard to have a sick family member, more so, if that patient is not seen by a doctor within 24 hours. But it's not right to call the Nurses lazy! Sponge baths can be delegated to patient's relative with proper instructions from the Nurses. If you are too bothered by this, then have a special nurse to pay for patient's special needs.

Based sa experience baka di pinapansin ng doctor dahil wala pang 24 hrs may lagnat. Ang tututukan lang pag 3 days di bumababa lagnat. Or nag jaundice or sumusuka ng dugo. Docs want the patients to get worse muna para malaman kung saan problem. And nurses are few lang sa provinces, not to mention overworked underpaid. Sponge bath is not part of their protocol since sometimes may reservations on sexual abuse,so family na lang gumagawa.
What do you mean with the docs want them to get worse muna? What's the use of running some test to properly diagnose a case kung kailangang palalain? The patient should be seen by the Doctor, kung hindi pa available ang consultant, the resident could have made a follow up rounds sa ward, after nung sa ER, so kahit papano ma alleviate yung pag woworry ng family. Hindi agad agad bumababa ang fever kahit nag administer na ng antibiotics, it takes time but still, dapat nag eexplain and Doctor sa family at tinitingnan yung patient!
Nagpaprioritize ang Nurse, so uunahin mag sponge bath kaysa magbigay ng gamot? Or uunahin mag sponge bath kaya magpakain sa tubo ng ibang pasyente? Ang daming ginagawa ng Nurses para mag stay lang sa isang pasyente kasi nag iisa lang syang gagawa non. Pwedeng gawin ng bantay ang pagpupunas basta properly instructed ng nurse. Tulungan na lang dahil sa totoo lang hindi Darna ang mga nurses, iisa lang ang katawan. Kung kaya gawin hundi na ipapasa sa bantay yun.
Anong sinsabi mo? Bakit mo hihintayin lumala ang patient? Sabi na nga lumipas na ang 24 hours at hindi yung fever after three days lang ang tututukan, lahat ng pasyente tinututukan! Anong ospital ka nag papractice? Nurse ka ba? Nurse should be an advocate sa patient's rights at promotion ng health. Pwede mong tawagin ang Doctor, mag refer ka, ganun ang nurse kahit pagalitan ka pa ng Doctor kasi yun ang trabaho mo. Hindi ka maghihintay na lumala ang pasyente mo. Kung nurse ka, nahihiya ako para sayo.
she has every right to complain, and when you're a paying customer, you demand for proper service. cguro nakita nya na the nurses weren't really that busy and could have assisted them w/ what to do with her niece. i've personally experienced the bad service of this hospital. dami nang complaints against them. chika2x lang yung mga ER nurses,chill lang, yung doctor,chill lang din parang hndi ER. and i guess who she meant with lazy nurses were the nurses of that hospital's ER.
If the nurse is covering the whole ward alone, do you think she can attend all the needs of the patient? Pwede ang bantay ng patient mag sponge bath! Chill sa ward? Seriously, hindi na nga kumakain at nagpipigil ng ihi sa duty, chill pa rin? Sa ER, kung hindi busy, kailangan busy pa rin nurses? Mali yata ang tingin mo sa nurses eh. If there is a need for prompt response in a certain situation, they know what to do. Trabaho nila yan. Kung umupo sila at magpahinga, karapatan din nila yun. Isa ka lang sa mga taganood, mga mahilig magreklamo na hindi nakakaintindi sa trabaho ng nurses. Chill? Obviously, you know nothing.
Define proper service Ineng? A watcher also has a responsibility and a role to the patient. Hindi ka lang magbabantay. If the nurse fails to attend the needs of the patient kasi busy ang ward, the watcher should cooperate. If not, wag ka nang magbantay!! Kung alam mo talaga ang buhay sa ospital, the least you could is to help them. Relative ka ng patient, hindi ka donya na pagsisilbihan. I don't believe you na chill sila, wrong choice of word! Kung hindi busy ang ER/ward, anong gusto tumakbo takbo sila para lang masabing hindi lazy? Alam mo ba ang ratio ng nurses to patient? Kung wala kang alam kundi magreklamo, manahimik ka na lang. Yung iniinsulto mo, one day sila ang sasagip sa buhay mo!
I take pride on being a nurse at naiinis ako sa mga nagsasalita ng ganyan. You only see a minute of the whole 8 hour shift, sometimes 12 hours. Wala kang alam sa ibang bahagi ng oras namin sa trabaho. If we get to sit, which is very seldom, ibigay nyo na samen yun. Chill lang. You don't know what you're saying.
Starting your shift with a full bladder, with an intent to take a pee. Or getting really thirsty and hungry since you haven't ate any meal or sugar in your system but you have to run patient's request. And then there's this time, the only time, you get to sit down and take just a little bit of rest - and they call you lazy. LOL. We, nurses, are so depressingly the most under-appreciated profession in this country. Oh wait, we're humans - we get tired too! :(
ang hirap sa mga artista ay yung pag alam na may pera ka na eh dumadami a yung mga kamag anak na mapang abuso sa iba. haay. may ginawa kaya to habang di pa sikat yung bata? nakakadisturb kaartehan niya eh.
LAZY NURSES?! Grabe kung alam mo lang ang mga ginagawa ng isang nurse sa shift nila sa hospital. Ewan ko lang masabi yang LAZY na yan. At isa pa, hindi pwedeng basta mag administer ng gamot ang mga Nurses hangga't walang doctor's order. Di na din pwede ang telephone order. Buti nga nag render ng tepid sponge bath eh, eh kung tutuusin dapat relatives na gumagawa nun, nurses lang ang nag iinstruct.
