OMG!!!! Just stop... Stop talking as you're digging yourself a bigger hole!!! The utter ignorance of simple social norms.. Mahiya ka naman. You're justifying your racism?!?! Seriously?!
Funny though, here in America it seems only black people are allowed to use the word nigga. If a white person uses it, it's considered racist. Either way, Mo is still an idiot though I'm not for the Estrada clan.
And seriously, what generation is he referring to??? Desensitized and humanized? I can't even bring myself to type those words. Those kids are seriously out of whack.
My son says his classmates say nigga like dude or guy... Sorry or not sorry to say my contempt for Ejercitos/Estradas have no limits. I'm still with Mo on this one.
TELL YOUR SON ANON 12:20 AM TO SAY IT TO AN AFRO AMERICAN GUY OK. REGARDLESS IF YOUR SON IS USING THE SLANG OR THE WORD WITH AN R , IT STILL IS DEROGATORY. THEY WILL SURELY JUMP ON HIM AND BEAT THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF HIM.
1:47 READ MY COMMENT CAREFULLY.OK? HIS CLASSMATES. I DONT INTERFERE WITH THE WAY HIS CLASSMATES SPEAK OR HOW OTHER PEOPLE ARE BROUGHT UP.I DONT THINK ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE PRONE TO VIOLENCE. WRITTEN OR OTHERWISE
Yung nigga kasi sa mga kabataan eh parang expression na na parang normal na lang na salita. It's a cool word baga. Of course sa ating mga adult, it's a bad word.
Doesn't matter if you're toung or old. It IS racist. All the more that people should be taught on how to properly address other people without being hateful or racist. It's this behavior of shrugging it off as "they're kids trying to be cool" that perpetuates bully behavior that is hurtful to others.
PLEASE, DO NOT BROADCAST YOUR IGNORANCE TO THE WHOLE WORLD AND TELL THIS PATHETIC FOOL TO STFU. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN OR HEARD A NON AFRO AMERICAN PERSON SAY IT? NO ONE DARES UTTER IT OR YOU WILL NOT ONLY GET DIRTY LOOKS , A BROKEN FACE and if you do it at work a harassment case with termination papers in hand. so ignorance is no excuse.
agree with @130 and @152 . we shouldnt just let him be just because it has become an expression to kids these days. education is the key. parental guidance is critical.
Expression? To sound cool? You must not live in US because as far as I know, every person here know better NOT to use that derogatory term especially if you are not African American yourself.
Which is also my point in looking at Estradas here. Whatever slang or language they may use, they still have the heavier offense, ang manloko sa kapwa at magpakasasa sa pera ng mga taxpayers.
Ang lakas maka justified nitong batang walang alam sa word na yan. Sige dare nyang sabihin yan sa isang black person and i bet a split second reaction basag muka nyan.
Wahahah! !!! SAMPALIN with millions of dollars or checks para mag kasya sa kamay, with matching dialogue na " that's from hard earned work and not from stealing!"
Are you kidding me? Try saying that to a Black man and he'll get a beating! St*pid kid. A racist word doesn't change its meaning just because he took a letter or two off of it!
you are entitled to your own opinion. young yes. handsome and strong personality? maybe yes, maybe not. intellectual thoughts???? you have got to be kidding me, right? tawang-tawa kasi ako sa joke mo :D
Hayy...it's ok for a black guy to call another black guy, "N". But if you aren't black, it still is offensive. No amount of "music or other forms of media" can ever "desensitize" or "humanize" it. Besides, You, being a non black person, do not have the right to make the call if it's ok to use the N word or not. How can you even tell that the word got "desensitized" when you can and never have been affected by it?
Anon 12:14 so true. Simple example is jay-z and kanye's song "Nigg*s in Paris". Gwyneth paltrow used it as a caption on one of her photos with Jayz and Beyonce and she recieved a public backlash for being "insensitive". It's one thing if ur black and u use the N-term. It's another thing if ur just trying to be cool to use it.
I am currently working in a city here in Europe kung san madaming mga refugees from Africa. Kapag nasa public or nasa labas ako with friends, sobrang careful kami not to say Neg**. Hindi tulad sa Pinas na we can freely say that word at hindi tayo lalabas na racist. Pero sa social media na kung saan pwedeng may makabasa ng posts mo internationally, hindi maganda.
Nakatulog p kaya to c Moe sa dami ng kaaway, pag nmatay to walang makikiramay! Akala mo kung cno makapangaral, pwe!! At ikaw Jules and the rest of your corrupt family, STFU!!
WTF @ his friend making excuses for him. Sabihin na nila na hindi nila trip yung paraan ng pagpuna ni Mo pero hindi sapat yun para balewalain nila yung pagiging ignorante nila.
Racist is not even an issue anymore, e numero uno ang pinoy jan. Wag n kau magmalinis at mangaral, at some point all of us became racist as well, ang nkakainis lng eh kung makapangaral akala mo kung cnong santo at magagaling.
What does his looks have to do with anything?! Youth doesn't justify ignorance. You think he's brave and has a strong personality... a lot of people consider that to be "mayabang". He probably thinks he can get away with saying whatever he wants because he comes from a political family with a lot of influence. Intellectual thought?! I think he's severely lacking that because he continues to justify his use of the word ni**a. I personally don't even think he wrote that tweet, it was most likely written by a PR person and put on his account.
Hay! komo kc rich kid akala alam na lahat...nag justify pa lalo tuloy naging arogante dating...sa haba ng pagtira ko sa ibang bansa kundi ka black di mo pwede sabihin nigga kc offensive sa knila din minsan sa mga ignorante katulad nito kya napapahamak ibang pinoy eh..
I see what they're trying to say because sometimes I also call my friends "nigga". Im not trying to be offensive though because I'm using the that word to call them "buddy" or "dude". However, I know when not to use that word. Living in the US, I don't go around calling peopld the N because its offensive and its just wrong. You could also get in trouble for saying that especially in front of African Americans. What Mo said was right but bullying a teen is not. Also Julian is wrong for bringing up Mo and Rhian's abortion scandal. Abortion is also a sensitive topic just like saying the N word. Educate yourself.
Agree with you. While some people may not find "nigga" no longer offensive, the fact that they don't is an insult to African Americans. It would be a happy day for all when we completely eliminate this word, its variations and other racist words in our collective vocabulary. Pero matagal pa yan. Not hoping. Yeah, and bringing up that abortion issue was just below the belt. Tsk, tsk.
Instead of apologising for his use of a derogatory word, he's justifying his ignorance! Apologize! Can you imagine this being leaked to the foreign media? I can already see it "Phil Senator's son Justifies Use of Racial Slur."
Iton di jd mo, wala na talagang magawa sa buhay Nya palibhasa Hindi makabalik ng Pinas kaya puro pag titira na Lang sa mga personalities na in the news. Para pamangnsin nga naman. Sarap batukan ng Mo na pandak natoh!
you can call each other "nigga" if you're both or among a close buddy Afro-American (politically correct term) group. it's alright. but if you're NOT, you're in BIG trouble!
I have an american student and he and his friends (they are not black btw) use the word "nigga" all the time like to mean dude, bro, pare! what he (Jules) said is true, you just have to understand the context, how it was used and how it was said. Mo Twister is a B_ _ _ h! I never like him, para siyang sawsawerong dakdak ng dakdak. mahilig magmarunong! But it doesn't mean i like the ejercitos or estradas as well. in fact i am one of their most avid critics!
These YOUNG men just didnt know what the N word really means before . They just say it and didnt care... TRY SAYING IT IN THE STATES nag mabugbog kayo!!!
Just goes to show how uncouth and ignirant these entitled rich kids are. Maybe they should read up on civil rights, slavery and all that then they will know why it is offensive and politically incorrect.
Jusko bka pag sinabihan mo ang black people ng ganyan ewan ko nlng kung mabubuhay ka. Ang nigga ay twgan lamang ng mga black people. So tama na ang pa cool mo.
OMG!!!! Just stop... Stop talking as you're digging yourself a bigger hole!!! The utter ignorance of simple social norms.. Mahiya ka naman. You're justifying your racism?!?! Seriously?!

DeleteAhahaha. Pa-deep and intellectual. Hindi man lang inayos grammar since obviously prepared in advance naman
DeleteThey're both ignorant. I dare them say that out loud when they're out of the country and see how many dirty looks they get.
ReplyDeleteNOT JUST DIRTY LOOKS BUT THEY WILL BE BE JUMPED ON.

DeleteAnon 12:21 how would you feel if someone would call you "INDIO" or "MUTSASA"?
DeleteIf it is an expression used freely by young ones in your household, it is high time for you to educate them so they can do the same to their friends.
DeleteI mean well.
Then the parents are not doing a good job in teaching their kids' what and what not to say. It will never ever be cool a word.
Deleteagree with @130 and @152 . we shouldnt just let him be just because it has become an expression to kids these days. education is the key. parental guidance is critical.

DeleteNo, A friend defended him.
DeleteTeam Estrada here. He is young and handsome yet he is strong personality. He is braved to fight his right and says his intellectual thoughts.
ReplyDeleteBraved to fight?
DeleteIntellectual thoughts? ! He think it's cool to call friends nigga because they do too, where's the intellect in that?
DeleteOhh really?! Mag aral Ka na Lang muna ha! Intellectual thoughts Ka pang nalalaman Dyan. Cheee!!!

DeleteIntellectual thoughts??? Really??? That's why our country is living in poverty...with this kind of mentality...
DeleteOh please! Here's another dumbo!
DeleteUmmm... I think you're using the word "intellectual" too loosely here...
DeleteLet's go back to the real issue here, leave the kid alone. I think he learned his lesson.
DeleteI agree to anonymous 12 35. Mo is bullying the kid
DeleteHahahah. Team Estrada ka nga talaga. Tsk tsk. Mag tagalog ka nalang.
DeleteJules, please, subukan mong sabihin mo yan sa itim na taga US. Tapos, sabihin mo sa akin kung masarap mag mumog ng sarili mong ipin :)

ReplyDeleteWTF @ his friend making excuses for him. Sabihin na nila na hindi nila trip yung paraan ng pagpuna ni Mo pero hindi sapat yun para balewalain nila yung pagiging ignorante nila.
Racist remark, however you defend your side. Even referring to somebody as "black" is not the right word pa nga, COLORED is more acceptable.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, how did he got his diplomat passport? Mo, paki bash hahaha
