Settle the issue with the fast food chain, have them be responsible. Very considerate of Ms. Jessa by not naming the fastfood chain, that's being nice enough, but have them be resposible.
If she is really that concerned then she should check with the branch that delivered her food if other people got sick after eating the same thing. No point in complaining on FB about it.

Food poisoning happens more often than we realize. We Filipinos are just not in the habbit of reporting them or complaining about it unless it downs or affects a large population.

Isolate the product then have it tested for contamination. Inform the branch din. Do not generalize that the entire restaurant chain is negligent. Sometimes there are branches that fail to follow the company charter on food quality and handling.
