At the SF Globe, we are always on the look out for incredible photos. This set is no exception. The following pictures no doubt demonstrate the skill and talent of the makeup artist.
At the same time, perhaps these photos also beg us to ask why we feel the need to "makeup" ourselves to look like someone we are not? What are your thoughts?

ReplyDeleteNakakalurkey, how round faces become thin high cheek boned and modelesque, how fat pudgy noses become skinny and pointy, how small chinky eyes become big hypnotizing orbs, how flat hair become bouncy and full of life and finally thin wide lips become fuller and kissable....the miracle of foundation, mascara, false eyelashes, etc..

DeleteTotoo kasi yan, ang laki ng iginaganda ng power of make-up sa tao, kaya ang true beauty ay without make-up or face powder or lip gloss or mascara or etc.

ReplyDeleteAng make up kapag magaling ang nag lagay, maganda ang resulta. Para lang yan cake. Kung bihasa ang nag bake ng cake, masarap. The point is? Kahit anong work mo, basta dedicated sa craft at very talented, magaling ang result.

ReplyDeletethat's proof that some (take note: some) celebrities seem to have had something done surgically but it's only good (deceiving) makeup. you see, proper contouring can alter one's nose dramatically!
ReplyDelete#2's transformation is amazing hehe. The others, they still look like themselves pero si #2 wow! Ang layo! #11 is pretty without makeup and #10 looks better without makeup

ReplyDeleteKaya di ako nagmamakeup nang bonggang-bongga, yung todo contour and heavy eye makeup. Para di masyadong kakaiba sa itsura ko pag walang makeup!

ReplyDeletePower of make up with good brushes. Dahan dahan sa pag contour kasi mabigat sa face sa dami ng foundation also ang hirap din tanggalin, not good for the skin. Maganda nga but guys don't like kissing your foundation.
