    1. Kung delayed ang flight, hindi sila maiiwan. Delayed nga eh. Ibig sabihin lang nyan, late sika dumating sa airport or naggala pa kung saan kahit malapit na magboard. Kasalanan nila yan. Hindi maghihintay ang eroplano dahil artista siya.

    3. Korak! I'm very conscious of time specially when boarding a flight. Hindi porke artista siya, dapat may special treatment na.
      1. The boarding time is clearly indicated on the boarding pass. They should be mindful of the time.
      2. What time ba sila dumating? If they arrived well ahead of time, hindi sila maiiwan. Alangan naman hintayin sila ng eroplano. What about the other passengers who made sure that they were on time? No one to blame but themselves.
      3. Kung nasa boarding gate na sila, aba eh ano pa ang hinihintay nila? Gusto ba nila puntahan sila ng manager just to tell them na boarding time na? Feeling special?

    6. Korek ka dyan 11:45. As someone working at the airport, talagang pet peeve ng mga ground staff ang mga pasahero na di mindful sa oras nila. Oo nga, responsibilidad ng airline na tawagin kayo. Siguro nagkulang nga ang 5J dito. Pero dapat mindful din ang pasahero sa oras nila. Kung kelan sila magbboard. Wala naman Business Class or Elite Membership ang CebuPac dito so everyone is treated equally. Ewan ko dito kay Uy na to. Most ng mga celebs may sakit na ganyan. Hilig magpalast call bago magboard. Kairita.

  15. I agree. They really have the worst customer service. You ask them and they will answer you with a mukhasim face. They wont even attend to your needs in a timely manner. My gash. Ang motto ata nila is "take your time". Wapakels sila most of the time sa passengers. They are just nice if bibili ka ng snacks.

  16. Ganyan talaga Cebu Pacific. Kami nga may last call pa sila tapos a fee minutes that last call announcement, nasa counter na kami ha tapos sinabi sa amin "full flight na". What the? So even before nag last call binigay na ang seats namin sa ibang passengers? Bulok.

    2. Oo ganun talaga. Last call na yun, nasa counter ka palang? Meaning late ka na at yung seat mo kung confirmed man ang booking mo ibibigay sa waitlisted na anjan na sa airport hrs before you. Next time agahan mo, di ung boarding na saka ka pupunta sa airport. Pra kang si laureen uy. Puro reklamo without realizing na may kasalanan ka din.

    1. problema, ndi din nasusunod ung boarding time at laging late.. kaya ung mga tao umaasa sa paging system.. apparently, sira ung paging system nila.. ganito din nangyari samin last week.. ngsorry naman sila at inamin na sira ung paging system nila..

    3. pero di ba nasa passenger yung responsibility to be at the check in counter at least 30-45 minutes before flight? 15 minutes before flight dapat nasa boarding gate na sila? kahit hindi sila tawagin ng paging system kung andun sila sa boarding gate 15minutes before flight hindi sila maiiwan kasi maririnig or mapapansin nila boarding na...

  26. marami talaga palpak yang cebupac pero i always fly with them.. kung palpak ang airline kailangan lng doble effort ang pasahero para hndi ka maapektohan maxado ng kapalpakan.. at least 1 hour b4 boarding eh isakripisyo mo na lng kesa maiwan ka kahit magwala ka pa wala kna mgagawa..

  27. This should be the least of your concern. Cebu pacific pushes to fly their plane even if they know that there's something wrong with it. Passenger's safety is not their top priority.

  29. i had a flight din last saturday to boracay, muntik n rin kaming maiwan kasi hindi sa over head speaker nag aannounce ng flight call kundi sa hand speaker lang... hindi mo talaga maririnig sa sobrang dami tao and ingay

  30. Sa mga bashers,Kung sya Lang ang naiwan meaning talagang magi inaarte Lang sya. 20 silang naiwan ng eroplano. Cebu PAC is really the worst. Just imagine,laging delayed ang flights. I've experienced twice,nasa loob ka na ng eroplano pero after 2.5 hrs bago nag take off. Hindi sila marunong mag apologize. Hindi pa ko nak experience ng on time flight skanila. Kaya PAL na Lang dapat.

  33. I always observe at least an hour before my fligjt policy because you'll never know kung ano magiging situation. Given na kasi yan na madaming factors na hindi natin mapipigilan. So siguro nga may kakulangan ang company for the manu times na delayed or na cancel ang flight but it boils down sa kung ginawa mo rin ba ang part mo as a passenger. Hindi kaba talaga naiwan? We have to play our role as well. Yun lang!

  37. Yung experience ko naman sa cebu pac, tinawag na yung pangalan namin pero hindi namin narinig kasi na busy kami kakausap sa isang pasahero na niloko ng gf niya. Ayun muntik na kami maiwan buti nalang nakasakay parin kami. Same experience with my friend. Depende talaga siguro yan. Pero kung walang last call yung sa kanya bakit yung iba nakasakay naman?

  38. Paimportante naman itong Laureen. What was she thinking? Cebu pacific staff had to make a last call before they will proceed to boarding gate? Had she waited with the rest for boarding, she wouldn't have missed the flight. Huwag kasi paimportante masyado...

  39. Ive been using cebupac many years because of their budget friendly promo. So far wala naman naging problem. May mga delays din kami naencounter pero valid namn reason. Sometimes you have to analyze din the situation kung anu problem ng airplane companies hinde yung complain lng ng complain. Kadalasan nasa pasahero din problema. Kahit anu airlines nagkakaron din ng delays even lost baggage

  40. Laging delayed? Maybe. Pero lagi ka pa ring nagbook with cebu pac kahit alam mong palaging delayed. How ironic! It's like complaining about a restaurant with bad service but you still go anyway. You have a choice girl! And you chose to be lax somewhere else than wait at the boarding gate where you're supposed to be in the first place. Besides, don't you have a watch???

  41. I'm a big fan of Cebu Pac. I am able to travel around asia without spending so big. Never pa naman ako naiwan ng plane. I just make sure to be in the boarding gate according or earlier my boarding schedule. It's our responsible to be on time. Ayoko umabot sa last call to the point na inaannounce na yung name ko. Nakakahiya!

  46. Kung maka judge ang mga tao kala mo ampeperfect! I experienced this myself. Was there an hour and a half before the flight and still naiwan kame ng plane. Kase pauso ang cebpac na all domestic flights counter so shempre hindi orderly. Kahit 4 hours away pa ung flight pwede mauna sayo kase all flights nga. Anh kikitid lang ng utak ng mga tao minsan. Isisi daw ba sa tao, sha na nga naiwan diba. Sana maranasan nyo nang makita nyo. Kabobohan nakakairita!

Passengers are advised to be at the airport at least 3 hrs prior to departure time. 45 mins before flight asa boarding gate ka na dapat. Ikaw ang shungabels jan tas gigil na gigil ka. Para kang si Uy na yan, paimportante e nobody naman.

And yes meron kakulangan on their part pero im sure narinig niyo na lahat ng reklamo na yan and you may have experienced it mismo but you still choose cebupac. So anong point niyo? Andami niyong problema. Just don't be a customer and thats it. Napaka ironic mga comments niyo pero if i know, sumasakay parin kayo sa cebupac. Wag plastic pls
