Even if nauna si Vhong sa chronology ng CCTV, it still could happen na sa labas sila nagantay and agreed to come in 30mins from when the time Vhong entered the building. Also, security at the lobby usually calls the tenant to confirm if they're expecting a visitor. Unless Cedric was already in the unit (or on the floor) when Vhong arrived, I can't see how he conveniently walked in while the girl was about to be raped.

If he really intended to rape this girl (especially since Cedric Lee reported that Vhong's shorts were already pulled down the waist)..don't you think he would have done successfully even with the girl fighting? Also, i assume it's a one bedroom or studio type unit since per Cedric also her room didn't have door but just a curtain. Had she been screaming on top of her lungs (which a girl about to be violated normally does), neighbors or even units from across the bldg would surely have heard her. Somebody would have. I'm speaking based on experience in living in a condo. Also it's not normal that they didn't notify the guards. In a condo, if there has been a crime, the guards can immeditely summon police. They are, after all, put in there for security. It's really fishy that the group "hid" Vhong from the guard/s.
