I won't judge Rhian Ramos. I had a personal relief drive where friends from abroad, even friends I don't know personally donated cash to my personal account because they don't want to course it through big organizations. I was able to raise 18k in cash and approx. 10k worth of goods. We gave it to relief operation in Northern Iloilo. Our donors only asked me to give them photos of the relief operation where we forwarded their donations. Rhian Ramos is right. This donation drives operates in the word TRUST. If you don't trust her, then don't donate to her. Simple as that. No point in belittling her efforts.
@ 2:21am. Red Cross (worldwide) have internal auditors and there are also external auditors. I remember coming across a website when I was looking for an organization to donate a year ago and Red Cross had the highest rating meaning they are the most trust worthy. This year, I am once again entrusting my donations to Red Cross for the Haiyan victims. My heart goes out to them.

She could have clarified from the beginning why she chose that route. And as to her comment that it's no different from other celebrities doing auctions, it's really NOT the same. In an auction, people "buying" are getting the auctioned goods from the celebrity. (If for some reason, the celebrity chose not to donate the money paid, it's NOT as horrible because, the "buyers" got the goods, and the goods were owned by the celebrity. In this case, if Rhian were to keep the money for herself, then that would be truly horrible because the "donors" are not getting anything at all...yes, I consider the fansign as nothing.)

It's very clear that she was offended when she was questioned of her motive. I am not a fan of anyone in showbiz but it's understandable that they're also human beings. they get hurt just like we get hurt. they're offended just like we're offended. they bleed just like we bleed. I am not a fan of anyone in showbiz but it's understandable that they're also human beings. they get hurt just like we get hurt. they're offended just like we're offended. they bleed just like we bleed. It's very hard to put yourself and be fair to everyone. if she announces she made a donation, she gets negative comments just like what sharon cuneta's has received. i think it would be nicer to just think that she's indeed making a donation from all the fansign payments she has received. it's best to think that she's doing this to help other than questioning her motives. Besides, she will answer to God if she cheats.

Using Rhian to get attention is pathetic. The mere fact that the commenter opted confidentiality proves that he/she doesn't want attention and is just seeking clarification on netizens questions: why on her PERSONAL bank account. In the process, Rhian showed her true colors and made people even more skeptical on her motive.

Walang talent fee na pumapasok, kaya kailangan magkaroon ng activity, by people donating to her account, maiiwasan nya yang bank fee na yan.
