Sorry to burst your bubble, but ABS has been producing Bb. Pilipinas since 2011. The Special Projects unit headed by Ms. Chit Guerrero handles BBP for ABS. Even the writers for the pageant night are from ABS with G3 San Diego at the forefront. Same goes with the segment directors, production designers, editors, promo producers, etc. Mr. Johnny Manahan has been directing it since 2011.

According to Victor Basa, Ms.World PH 2013 will be having a management contract under GMA Artist Center and ALV Talent Circuit (Arnold Vegafria-manager of some artists like Carla Abellana, Nikki Gil, Billy Crawford, Iya Villania)? Megan Young is a Star Magic artist, if I'm not mistaken so this means that she will not be renewing her contract with them after it expires to give way to GMAAC & ALVTC? Possibly, this can result to change of network.
Number 10's answer was obviously rehearsed. No offense but with her background, I don't think she has the capacity to thread substantial answers in English. Her handlers should've intsructed her to answer in Filipino, as there is no shame in speaking in our native tongue. Had she done that, she might've clinched the crown. She obviously was Megan's strongest competitor. Happy for Megan, though. I guess they went for the gorgeous girl with great communication skills. Check out her video interview with Rappler and you'll see what I mean. Number 10 is gorgeous, too. I see her copeting in Miss Universe. Let her speak in the language she's most comfortable with and she'll definitely win. She might even be our country's next Miss Universe because she's beautiful, tall, and sexy.
