Whether or not the account is public, it's Isabel's. Therefore, Jackie doesn't have any right at all to instruct Isabel not to block her and her followers who tag her! She should know her place. Now I understand why her very own children don't want to see her nor talk to her! If Jackie wants to see her kids, she should find her own ways and not use other people. She is pathetic!
