I don't find her ugly nakaka sawa na parang laging may old pix sya hindi super ganda pero she looks normal and I do not believe na kahit gaano tayo kaganda eh we get licence to call other people ugly.

Liz Uy looks like any normal cute chinita in this pic. Di naman siya pangit. Siyempre dati di pa nag-mature face niya, di pa siya nagpapapayat, at di pa marunong mag-ayos. Some people look better kapag tumanda, kasi nagiging mas-refined yung features. I'm not saying ka-level niya mga IT friends niya now, pero malaking ginanda niya ngayon. Lahat naman ng mga celebrities natin ganun eh, iilan lang naman ang walang nagbabago sa mukha.
I actually think she looks better here than how she looks right now. I'm not saying maganda sya based on this pic - that's not possible based on the laws of physics and biology as we know right now - just that sa lagay na yan mas matino hitsura nya dati :)
Intsik beho na intsik beho...i dont understand why she has to transform into someone else's face... I myself is chinita and i embrace everything that chinitas have... She will look more natural and elegant.. Naging OA sa pagiging fashionista...
Kailangang gamitin talaga ang term na "instik beho"? Maybe for you it's okay, but I have Chinese friends who will find this very insulting. "Instik beho" is not the same as chinita. It's derogatory.
I think what's wrong with some Filipinos is that their perception of beauty fits the Caucasian archetype, but I can't blame them also because, in a study, even African-American babies showed preference towards white people. Another study showed African-American children's bias towards the white American. I have a question though, we have family and friends who look less than average or at least passable for the "ideal", don't we consider some of them beautiful nevertheless? I do and a lot. Our perception just changes in the real world.
