Out of curiosity I tried to watch the show, honestly I couldn't stop laughing when I saw jonalyn viray singing and in the l.e.d background was jolina dancing. It's was so horrible.

I like the concept na may competition between the stars and lahat ay may equal exposure pero may kulang pa din, wala yung mga talagang "stars" ng GMA. Well sana magimprove pa ang show in the future...
tulad lang ng ibang nagcocomment dito yan, gumagawa ng way para pag awayin na naman ang magkabilang station. kung san nyo gustong manood walang problema.. tama na ang mga negative comments, lahat ng artista need ng work so support na lang tayo sa show na gusto nating suportahan.
For the sake of comparison, this opinion is very untrue, unreal and far from the correct status of these 2 shows. I dont watch regularly but everytime i do during sundays, i get bored with the other show. I guess they suffered from copying and trying really hard to make it better than the other show that's why the focus was more of doing better which i feel made them unsuccesful. The people behind asap and the talents are far far exceptional. Sorry guys, im just sharing my thoughts and observations.
Talents are shared not bragged... Sa ginagawa kasi ng mga nakatapat na ng ASAP, they perform to compete not to entertain.. For sure, di tatagal yang sas na yan. Humbles are the exalted ones.
I think you should watch ASAP more before making such comment. There should always be a level of competition between shows that are televised at the same time frame. If you have seen ASAP, there are instances that the STARS of ASAP especially Mr. Martin Nievera, that has praised and appreciated the STARS of the other show (sorry, I am having a brain fart with the Name of the show), that would be Ogie, Regine, Jaya, and Jano among the few. Also, viewers of ASAP are entertained by the show each week that is why they have continued to do well for 18 years. So, to say that ASAP only compete and not entertain is not at all accurate.
I understand your point, it's what I meant. The rival shows only compete, but ASAP entertains. Honestly i don't watch shows from 7. I used to watch sop before but bcoz of 'some' artists there na "mayabang", stopped it. ASAP competes in a friendly way, and never did ASAP artists degrade or bash the rival show and their mainstay. Kahit yung judges, except for Jaya (na I think masaya lang basta may trabaho siya kasi wala na naman kukuha sa kanya), mukhang bad trip sa trabaho nila at pilit magbigay ng comments.
Tapos sana instead of Jennylyn, ginawa na lang si Rachel Anne yung isang team leader. Para ang team leaders, Christian, Mark, Jolina and Rachel Anne. Ang common denominator? Mga sumikat sa ABS, nalaos sa GMA.
Ang yabang ng SAS , they made a refomat within 2 shows, the TV ipact is so dry, and if they wants to have us they need to have the HD Television experience. SAS impact is so DRY , excuse me STar MAgic PO ito , hing pucho pucho lng... Pa cute nga pero mas ma IN, at in demand...
Konting practice naman kasi mga kaH ang hirap naman kasi ng ganyan, lagi kayong wala sa timing.Pag kantahan na Super birit nga lagi naming ng sasapawan. Haii Di talga kayo mag iimprove.
i watched the opening of sas.. hay naku pp na pp.. walng bago sila sila din.. ginaya lang ang asap sa special presentations nila where the STARS compete with each other in teams... nilipat ko sa ASAP at un un un ang opening number grabe.. talagang UNSTOPPABLE... nice choice of song..waley na waley ang "bago" ng gma
1) All their talents are recognizable (and if they have new talents, they ALWAYS introduce them to the masses with a BANG for added recall) 2) Their production numbers, hindi pucho-pucho. Every number they present, along with the music, builds up to an explosive climax. Sa 7, mapa-upbeat, mapa-ballad, flat lahat. 3) ASAP dancers (GForce) are the best. They look classy. From the buff men, the hot-looking women, and yes, even the effem, cross-dressing looking ones. They're always glammed up for maximum effect and they eat up the stage like it's a world class concert they're dancing for. Sa 7, puro mukhang dugyot na parang sasali sa contest ang itsura ng mga dancers. 4) ASAP has the best styling team ever. They look consistently streamlined from start to finish, following a cohesive theme. Sa 7, parang yung mga big name stars lang ang may stylists, and even then, walang consistency na parang kanya-kanya sila ng atake sa itsura kaya ang itsura nilang lahat, chopsuey. Mas kawawa pa yung iba, parang bumili lang sa bangketa ng costume at pamporma.
If there's one thing that ASAP has to work on, it's honing the speaking and hosting abilities of the likes of Kim C, Maja S, Cristine R, etc. Medyo masakit sa tenga sila magsalita and when they shift into English, palpak. Doon lang sila nagkakaroon ng jejemon value, actually.
GMA, sadly, just has to give up on that time block. Mas panunuorin pa siguro ang GMA if they convert it as a solid news channel with Eat Bulaga as its only entertainment show. Or maybe they should just open their blocks for syndicated productions out there who want to produce better shows than they could.

ReplyDeletePero yung kay Jolina, hindi talaga maganda, tapos pinagpipilitan pa ng judges na maganda daw. Huh?
Kahit yung judges, except for Jaya (na I think masaya lang basta may trabaho siya kasi wala na naman kukuha sa kanya), mukhang bad trip sa trabaho nila at pilit magbigay ng comments.
Tapos sana instead of Jennylyn, ginawa na lang si Rachel Anne yung isang team leader. Para ang team leaders, Christian, Mark, Jolina and Rachel Anne. Ang common denominator? Mga sumikat sa ABS, nalaos sa GMA.

ReplyDeleteAng yabang ng SAS , they made a refomat within 2 shows, the TV ipact is so dry, and if they wants to have us they need to have the HD Television experience. SAS impact is so DRY , excuse me STar MAgic PO ito , hing pucho pucho lng... Pa cute nga pero mas ma IN, at in demand...

ReplyDelete1) All their talents are recognizable (and if they have new talents, they ALWAYS introduce them to the masses with a BANG for added recall)
2) Their production numbers, hindi pucho-pucho. Every number they present, along with the music, builds up to an explosive climax. Sa 7, mapa-upbeat, mapa-ballad, flat lahat.
3) ASAP dancers (GForce) are the best. They look classy. From the buff men, the hot-looking women, and yes, even the effem, cross-dressing looking ones. They're always glammed up for maximum effect and they eat up the stage like it's a world class concert they're dancing for. Sa 7, puro mukhang dugyot na parang sasali sa contest ang itsura ng mga dancers.
4) ASAP has the best styling team ever. They look consistently streamlined from start to finish, following a cohesive theme. Sa 7, parang yung mga big name stars lang ang may stylists, and even then, walang consistency na parang kanya-kanya sila ng atake sa itsura kaya ang itsura nilang lahat, chopsuey. Mas kawawa pa yung iba, parang bumili lang sa bangketa ng costume at pamporma.
If there's one thing that ASAP has to work on, it's honing the speaking and hosting abilities of the likes of Kim C, Maja S, Cristine R, etc. Medyo masakit sa tenga sila magsalita and when they shift into English, palpak. Doon lang sila nagkakaroon ng jejemon value, actually.
GMA, sadly, just has to give up on that time block. Mas panunuorin pa siguro ang GMA if they convert it as a solid news channel with Eat Bulaga as its only entertainment show. Or maybe they should just open their blocks for syndicated productions out there who want to produce better shows than they could.

ReplyDeleteone time sinama ako ng cousin ko to watch Party pilipinas live sa studio...panay tanong ko sino yan? sino siya? muntik na ako mabugbog ng mga fans ni jolina kasi i said "sino yung mukhang matanda at sino yung maitim?" then yung cousin ko said "wag ka maingay andyan mga fans ni jolina at lovi poe." lol. tapos ang sama ng tingin sa akin ng mga fans ni jolina.

The 50/50 Voting/scoring system parang EB ang peg... Check i-Shine Talent Camp 2's scoring system... 70% comes from Wyeth representatives while the other 30% comes from text votes... Back to SAS voting system, WORSE OFF nagsimula agad ang botohan bago pa mag-perform ang apat na teams... At hindi rin natukoy kung kalian matatapos ang botohan...
ReplyDeleteSo SAS = slightly downgraded version of PP with certain elements taken from That's Entertainment, ASAP, and IT'S SHOWTIME... So the concept of SAS is NOT ENTIRELY ORIGINAL...

basta.. no matter what I'm an SAS follower and not a ASAP addict... I found the show more entertaining and interesting.. though some adjustment should be made... SAS need to have new director.... but I really love the concept of the show and the stars... of SAS... so walang basagan ng trip brad!.. manoood kayo ng show na gusto nyo that suits your taste.. Wag kayo masyado magdamdam ASAP addict.... just respect everyone's choice.. hmmm...? wag kayo bitter f there are other people who do not like your taste bah... Let's just mind our own business hmmm... Support your ASAP show and I will support my SAS show... yon lang!!!
