Good for them! We can speculate all we want but in the end, it is their business. If they're happy, let's be happy for them.
Plus, even if Andi is a single parent, there's no reason for her to not fall in love again or go out with a potential/ex-partner. She works hard for her money, so she has every right to play hard. Let her be. We cannot judge if a mother is good based on her "gimmicks" or what not.
