Sorry, but if you search "beach scarf" on google images, you will see a lot of photos with the same composition/material/posing etc. Besides, Kylie is using a scarf, Beyonce is wearing the material as a dress.
Beyonce's shot was screen grabbed from the H&M TVC.. It was really not meant to be a 'photo' talaga :) That's why mas maganda ang kuha kay Kylie ( as per your opinion).

i dont know why people are fond with H&M. It's not even a luxury brand. The PR machine of H&M is really doing a great job making their brand premier when their clothes are not.

Inspiration for me. I think Beyonce's version is better though. The design is great for summer wear and if worn on a photo shoot with that pose the effect is like a butterlly spreading its wings.
As much as beyonce is praised and given high regard by the general public, she will forever be to me a second string act. Not only has she copied and ripped other artists (Britney's quintessential Slave 4 U moves comes to mind) but she is a fame whore to the nth degree. Sorry B
