They have the same neckline but different silhouettes. Don't bash them so much. Di naman maiiwasan na may nagkakatulad ang design sa mga damit ngayon. Meron lang silang dinadagdag or iniiba. ;)
Para sakin its not an inspiration or an imitation. The cut, silhouette and yung pagka off shoulder has been widely seen in many different designers na naman. I gotta say I like Libiran's dress more. Mas clean and pristine ang dating.
Neckline-wise, Anne's is better & more elegant. Its not trying too hard to be sexy. Bodice is very different. Anne's is a mermaid style while Zhang's is ballgown-y. Definitely not an imitation an inspiration maybe :p

This is clearly neither. Libiran's dress is very different and way better. I think it also helped that Anne was wearing it.
