Gretchen almost have everything well except a really honest and kind spirit. If she will only change her attitude and really count her blessings with a sincere heart I think the rest will follow. Magaan sa pakiramdam yon and she will be happier. She will really have true people around her ndi yung mga fleeting friends and happines lang brought about by money.
Pero naman kasi kina-career ang pagiging shobet ni TBC. Instead of low profile and humble (thankful na rin sa mga blessings), nag papaka trying hard pa maging socialite! So yung attitude nya is not of a happy and contented one. Kaya it reflects na magulo rin ang paligid nya. Wag na kasing pasikat and loud.
She has all the money all right, pero she can't accept the fact na she's getting old. No amount of money and effort can stop aging, you can delay it for a while but it life's cycle which you must accept and embrace. Panay botox and retoke na. Pati ugali nagiging backwards din.
If I were in Gretchen shoes, siguro ita-try ko rin naman subukan lahat because I have money. So why not experience life to the fullest? After all minsan lang tayo mabubuhay at hindi lahat ng tao is given the chance na maranasan how to live a luxurious life (irregardless if ano circumstances mo yun narating hehe--in her case by being the mistress of TBC). Anyways, siguro after ko maranasan lahat ng luho then I will also improve myself, study or do worthwhile things and activities na makakatulong sa akin as a person, spiritual, intellectual/emotional, social awareness. I will be more of a giver sa mga charities and social works. Because it will be more fulfilling than the material things around you. The kind of high you get thru charitable works is more rewarding.
