I think its the same dress. She just made the existing dress her canvas and worked on it and added an extra style to be suited in that kind of event, which is a formal event obviosly. Seldom designers do this but maybe her client requested it. Like if I have a dress that fits real good on me, i'll add some garment to add some flare. So this shouldn't be a big fuss about inspiration or imitation in my own opinion. So people shouldn't react that way. Haha! Maybe a little immagination perhaps? ;p
looks like it's the actual herve lerger dress. probably her own dress. she just added the horrible details and bottom. no time to make a new dress or she doesn't want to make a new dress since most likely the artist just borrows, just as many other artist does.
