I dont think Sarah G will be safe as judge. Nagjudge na siya dati sa asap for a dance competition. Sina teacher geo at billy sa mga jinudge nila, ang gaganda ng sinabi pero si SG, sinabi niya talaga na nakulangan siya doon sa natapat sa kanya. Trust me. Baka magulat ka na lang kay Sarah kapag nag-judge na siya.

I must agree with 12:12. Ely is really a good artist pero he is boring to me. The Voice is known for having witty coaches, mga may personality na hindi naghohold back ng opinions, nakikipagbangayan, siraan at asaran sa kapwa coaches at hindi nagsusugar coat at may sense of humor just like Jessie J, Wil I Am, Danny O D, Tom Jones, Seal, Ceelo, Delta G, Christina A, Adam Levine, etc
Accdg to Byxspeaks, only 2 of these 5 artists are right. It is confirmed na SARAH GERONIMO is one of those 2. Tapos he gave a clue about powder room. In a powder room, you'll see a mirror which will show your REFLECTION which is a song of LEA SALONGA. She is good choice kasi she represents broadway music and is feisty and brutally honest when giving opinions. Another clue given is about color. CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA sang COLOUR EVERYWHERE. Medyo hindi okay for me si Christian kasi mukhang playing safe sya pero he was admired by Asian countries so pwede na rin. Another is a rock star. For sure, it is NOT ELY BUENDIA. eli buendia is also a very nice choice. rock icon na yan eh. i have nothing more to say. his achievements speak for themselves.
apl de ap is a good one, as well. he will serve as the "cee lo green" or "usher" sa the voice philippines. hiphop/rnb kasi ang genre niya.
one slot remains, and i think someone who can reach those high notes (aka biritera) or an acoustic singer should take the spot. lea salonga or aiza seguerra are my choices. ito naman ay akin lang.
sana more seasoned singers ang nilagay or ung mas may "k" mag judge...mr. cayabyab comes to mind...how about getting mr. jose mari chan to judge as well? ung mga taong hindi mo kwekwestionin ang judgment pagdating sa kantahan...
or si gerard salonga. i remember him giving 0 sa isang star in a million contestant kasi mali ang pasok. hehehehe. the salongas are too technical i think pero mas maganda. mas gusto ko si aiza siguro. technical pero di too much.

Not-so-much like: Apl.de.Ap (wala na bang career to sa BEP?)

ely ely!!!! I watched him one time judge this singing show that Regine V was hosting and he made a lot of sense. Bamboo is okay too but I think mas may depth and experience ni Ely.
Bamboo has more showmanship and vocal power but Ely's voice flexibility and musicality reflects the show more.. Plus Ely, being the better composer understands playability of the lyrics, thus singing accordingly..

Si charice, bata pa lang kumakanta na at sumasali sa mga singing constest.. Walang masama kung mapapabilang sya bilang judges or coaches. Napagdaanan nya kung paano ang natalo, tinalo at kung minsan eh nadaya. Pero kahit ganun pa naman eh nagsumikap sya para matupad ang mga pangarap para sa pamilya nya. And beside taong bayan naman ang boboto kung sino ang mananalo, kung minsan nga eh parang palamuti lang ang judges.
As far as I know may bagong play si Lea Salonga sa New York... so I highly doubt magpapabalik balik siya from Manila to New York for this. Si Mommy Dionisia nalang ang kunin nila :D

Dapat ang kunin nilang judges/coaches ay yung magaling sa ginagawa nila at may puso na tumulong sa mga contestants. Dapat sabihin yung dapat sabihin, constructive criticism at encouragement at useful tips para mag-improve yung contestants. Sa X-Factor kse, puro pa-cute lang ang ginawa ng iba esp si Charice. Si Ely Buendia or Aiza Seguerra, pwedeng-pwede. Si Sarah, although, magaling, ewan kung magiging effective as coach. Si Charice, nakita naman natin, na diva-divahan lang yan sa X-Factor, so wa na.
Sarah - Maybe. She can be a good mentor but will suck in judging. Lea - Absolutely! Ely - Yes. Years of experience with a band and a song writer give him a huge advantage to other coaches but he has the tendency to be biased just like Adam. Apl.de.Ap - Maybe. He can give good insights on what to do with songs. But I think he'll be a very weak in vocal coaching. Charice - No. She already has the X Factor. Give others a chance.

Bamboo would have been a fitting choice. For me, his voice is much, much better than Ely's. have you heard Bamboo sing live? He's perfect. As for Sarah, i think she's too young to be a judge, same goes to Charice. Dapat yung may enough experience talaga. Magme mentor ka kasi e. How will you train if you don't have enough experience? Don't get me wrong ha, baka magalit na naman mga Popsters and Charice fans, just thinking out loud and objectively.

Ika nga those who will and can bring in the crowd. Yung mga iba diyan na kung makapang lait kay Charice and Sarah, baka nakalimutan natin na si Charice has brought pride to the Philippines. Being a good singer does not translate to being a good judge. So, parang nakikita ko nang walang "K" si Sarah G na mag-judge. Bubungisngis lang yan. Kaya nga walang dating ang Sarah G Live dahil di siya marunong mag-host. Puro bungisngis parang si Sharon.

ReplyDeletegusto ko yung line-up. but i think i have to agree with some of the people here. tama yung iba na same lang ng genre si sarah and charice. at kung ako ang papipiliin, i'd go for sarah kasi she's a total performer.
eli buendia is also a very nice choice. rock icon na yan eh. i have nothing more to say. his achievements speak for themselves.
apl de ap is a good one, as well. he will serve as the "cee lo green" or "usher" sa the voice philippines. hiphop/rnb kasi ang genre niya.
one slot remains, and i think someone who can reach those high notes (aka biritera) or an acoustic singer should take the spot. lea salonga or aiza seguerra are my choices. ito naman ay akin lang.
di ko bet si sarah. boring yan as judge! pero ok na si apl at eli plus bamboo and lea sana :)

ReplyDeleteSi charice, bata pa lang kumakanta na at sumasali sa mga singing constest.. Walang masama kung mapapabilang sya bilang judges or coaches. Napagdaanan nya kung paano ang natalo, tinalo at kung minsan eh nadaya. Pero kahit ganun pa naman eh nagsumikap sya para matupad ang mga pangarap para sa pamilya nya. And beside taong bayan naman ang boboto kung sino ang mananalo, kung minsan nga eh parang palamuti lang ang judges.

ReplyDeleteDapat ang kunin nilang judges/coaches ay yung magaling sa ginagawa nila at may puso na tumulong sa mga contestants. Dapat sabihin yung dapat sabihin, constructive criticism at encouragement at useful tips para mag-improve yung contestants. Sa X-Factor kse, puro pa-cute lang ang ginawa ng iba esp si Charice.

Sarah - Maybe. She can be a good mentor but will suck in judging.

Ely - Yes. Years of experience with a band and a song writer give him a huge advantage to other coaches but he has the tendency to be biased just like Adam.
Apl.de.Ap - Maybe. He can give good insights on what to do with songs. But I think he'll be a very weak in vocal coaching.
Charice - No. She already has the X Factor. Give others a chance.

ReplyDeleteBamboo would have been a fitting choice. For me, his voice is much, much better than Ely's. have you heard Bamboo sing live? He's perfect. As for Sarah, i think she's too young to be a judge, same goes to Charice. Dapat yung may enough experience talaga. Magme mentor ka kasi e. How will you train if you don't have enough experience? Don't get me wrong ha, baka magalit na naman mga Popsters and Charice fans, just thinking out loud and objectively.

They, most likely will have a hand sa mga isa-suggest ng franchisee, ABS-CBN. As they always say, business pa rin ito. For sure they will put artists who aside from being talented ay may hatak. Ika nga those who will and can bring in the crowd. Yung mga iba diyan na kung makapang lait kay Charice and Sarah, baka nakalimutan natin na si Charice has brought pride to the Philippines. Sarah is equally talented. These two, cheap? Manalamin muna tayong lahat at hindi na kailangan hiramin ang salamin ni Boy Abunda.
