DeleteMY FAMILY is SINGULAR. So dapat DOES (or in your example,t he verb should be OBSERVES). Ang plural form is FAMILIES. Now that's the time DO is used.
Favor naman Mr. Mike Lim... pakisabi sa lahat na walang mali sa grammar sa post ng McDonalds. I know you know the right answer. Marami kasi sa mga readers mo ang umaarteng magaling. Sorry. But they gross out even the dirt poor.
