Actors need to stay fit and work on their bodies to be confident of their overall fitness and to show off that much-coveted abs. A drama actor (DA) enrolled in a gym near his place of work. The gym keeps a low profile and its clientele are non-showbiz people, who are mostly businessmen. All gyms have its rules that clients are expected to follow. However, DA wants to be different. Although the staff expects DA to be at least pleasing in demeanor, but sadly it isn't so. Whenever he comes to the gym, which is about two or three times a week, he keeps to himself and doesn't talk to anyone, not even to exchange pleasantries. For some reason, he also refuses to use the locker room facilities. One day, DA wanted to bring his driver inside the gym. He was denied but he insisted. Thus DA was reprimanded that the gym was for members only and that his driver had to wait at the waiting area.
What the staff could not figure out is why DA is the way he is. There is just something in him that spells arrogance. His overbearing in attitude just sucks. They could not help but compare him with the other actor (OA) who is also a client. OA is charming and definitely a lot friendlier than DA by a mile. And to top it all, OA is the bigger star than DA, also by a mile. Both OA and DA work in the same network where OA is highly prized.
Has success gotten into DA's head that he thinks he can always get away behaving in such a cocky manner? Well, good for him that he is now working out to get in shape again. Wasn't it just a few months ago when a photograph of him came out, flabs and all, that people thought he was going to ruin himself in a big fashion event?

I'm also a member at the gym and I saw DA's attitude first hand. Ganun pa man, super hot pa rin siya. His complexion is glowing, as in glowing talaga especially after a workout! Haay.....

Deleteang nagfeed ng kwento na ito siguro ay isa sa mga staff na nasaktan ang ego kasi di pinapansin. he keeps to himself, meaning he's quiet and minding his own business, so ano problema dun? as long as hindi siya nambabastos ng staff o nang bubulabog ng ibang members, ok lang yun. at mens gym pala sya kaya sa tingin ko dahil nagkalat yung story na maraming actors na gumagawa ng milagro sa gym shower at lockers room kaya nag iingat lang sya na wag maging subject ng mga ganung malisyosong rumors kaya di na nya ginagamit yung locker room. gusto rin siguro isama yung driver sa loob para proof na hindi sya andun para mang hada ng ibang guys. andun lang yung driver para siguro magbantay. i'm sure kung naging friendly sya sa ibang member ng gym at gumamit sya ng locker room may lalabas naman na rumor na ginagawang front ang gym para makipag meet ng guys at gumawa mg milagro sa shower or locker room. kaya i think may point bat ganyan si actor nag iingat lang sya. mas maigi na ma-accuse sya na suplado kesa machismis na gay na ginagamit ang gym para maki pag meet at chukchak sa ibang men sa locker room.

ReplyDeleteSi halitosis ba ito? I find this hard to believe, kasi my brother is an instructor at the gym where he goes and he taught him MMA, tahimik lang talaga sya. ang mas worse is actually ay hindi sya talaga athletic, pinipilit lang haha. but he's nice, just quiet, so akala mayabang.

ReplyDeleteano namang masama kung hindi niya binabati yung ibang tao sa gym? :)) kailangan ba lahat ng taong mameemeet niya eh babatiin/kakausapin niya? (unless batiin siya first, in which case dapat lang na magrespond siya.) baka naman tahimik lang talaga siya. iba't-ibang tao, iba't-ibang personality. hindi rin naman kayabangan yung tinry niyang isama sa loob yung driver niya.
