That's true. My GP told me that is usually the effect of crash dieting and taking meds to lose weight. She gave me the most sensible ideas on how to lose weight. Aim to lose a pound or two every month by watching what you eat. It doesn't mean you will deprive yourself, but in moderation. Kasi bad daw pag dineprive mo sarili mo mas gusto mong kumain ng madami. Di ba kung ano bawal masarap. Then if you taking elevator, take the stairs kahit 1 to 2 flights lang, don't take tricycle if it will only take you 15 mins to walk to the bus or jeepney station. If you are losing 1 lb a month that's 12 pds a year. Yeah that's slow but better than losing 10 lbs for 3 months and gaining 15 lbs in a month. And remember, most of the diet pills have food restrictions din.
