“The management of Cosmopolitan magazine deeply apologizes to all the readers, advertisers and guests who were unable to enter the World Trade Center last night (Tuesday, September 18) for the Cosmopolitan Bachelor Bash. 2. Perhaps people could also write to your blog, FP, regarding the horrendous and very unfortunate turn of events during the selling of UAAP CDC tickets at various SM malls.

They owe the public an apology.

  7. If the event is a non profit and the tickets are free, then they can just apologize and it is done.

Also, unforeseen ba yung ka**bohan nilang mag-issue ng 5k mahigit na tickets for a venue na ang maximum capacity lang is a little over 3K? Granted, na-prevent nila ang possible stampede or riot by not letting more people in kasi nga puno na ung venue, pero sana ung limit lang ng venue and inisyuhan ng ticket, hindi yung over. **nga naman masyado ang Cosmo at ung firm na kinuha nila to organize the event.

    1. I COULDN'T AGREE WITH YOU MORE!! LOL!

  9. Summit has been doing the Cosmo bash FOR YEARS. By this time, they should already know what the must haves are - big venue, ample security, contingency measures, etc. It's weird, not to mention highly inappropriate, na they sold 5,000 tickets when the venue can only accommodate 3,000. As if wasting people's time weren't insulting enough, they go out and release a cold, emotionless statement. Talk about lack of empathy.

Sad to say, the Cosmo bash, however titillating & enjoyable it was, was primarily a money-making promo that had Summit's interests as its top priority.

  11. Nye. Paano naging "unforeseen" yung pagbebenta ng 2,000 tickets more than venue capacity. Kalokohan.

  12. akala siguro nila di dudumugin. cosmo now knows better. so, dapat bigger venue na next year. at least na-alert na sila.

  14. palitan lang ng kaunti ang mga key words, this sounds like your average, run-of-the-mill apology na ginagamit ng globe or smart pag down ang services nila. Hay.

  15. I waited 4 hours (take note may lagnat pa ko) dahil pinramis samin ng guards na "baka" papasukin kami. May girls behind me nakaheels pa saka skimpy clothing. Bought VIP tickets for 1k each pero hindi rin nakapasok. I'm just disappointed. Even mga sponsor nila couldn't get in.

Unfair kasi you paid for something tas di ka man lang nakapasok. Still very pissed off.
