I like both. Nobody wore the dress "better". Each is gorgeous in their own league. Anne rocking it in the runway looking every inch like a vintage diva while pageant candidate Queenrich fully embodied the dress in all her beauty queen glory. Love love both!
do you think Anne's hairstyle is the right one for the dress? i dont think so. the neckline of the dress is intimately detailed, and obviously on Queenie's photo, you would see the entire shape of the neckline that nicely complements with her complexion and neck height. Anne's hair didnt give justice to the whole design of the dress. and remember, its a ramp show. its the dress being shown off and criticized. not the model.
Based on the pics I'll say it's Anne. The pose of Queneerich didn't do justice to the dress. Maybe you should post pics showing Queenerich walking? The angle looks awkward in her pic.

FOA, Anne looks shorter in that dress and maybe because of the hair too. Please people, this dress is better with an UPDO. While Anne undeniably looks sexy in that hair, the details of the dress around the neck-to-chest part were covered with that hair. Look how pretty it was revealed in Queenrich's updo. Needless to say, taller ladies look better in long gowns.
