Win 1 of the 25 Limited Bench Boxing Gloves Signed by Manny Pacquiao

1. For a minimum single receipt of Php 1,000.00 of Bench regular-priced product/s inclusive of 1 Manny or Jinkee Pacquiao EDT, a customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon for a chance to win one (1) pc of a limited edition Manny Pacquiao Signed Boxing Glove. 
2. A total of 25 signed boxing gloves will be raffled off. 
3. Applicable using GC’s but NOT valid for GC’s marked as “Used for Promotions Only”. 
4. Raffle coupon/s will automatically be handed out upon payment. 
5. Customer must fill-up the raffle coupon with name, address, telephone number and affix his / her signature. Entries must be dropped in drop boxes located at the store counters. 
6. Last day of submission of entries is on April 15, 2012 until store closing hours. 
7. Raffle draw is on April 30, 2012 at Suyen Head Office to be facilitated by Bench witnessed by a DTI representative. 
8. Winners will be informed through email, registered mail and via phone call. List of winners will be posted at all participating stores. 
9. A participant can only win once. 
10. For Metro Manila winner/s, prizes may be claimed at Suyen Corporation Head Office – 2214 Tolentino St., Pasay City (Office hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM)
11. For provincial winner/s, prizes can be claimed at the nearest participating store. 
12. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Suyen Corporation with prior approval from DTI. 
13. Employees of Suyen Corporation and all participating stores including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
