In an attempt to appease his wife, the husband suggested that they renew their wedding vows the day before the event. In fact, a pastor was already on standby in the living room of the suite, ready to conduct the ceremony but the wife refused.
When things became heated between the husband and the wife, the conditioning coach intervened and advised the husband to just focus on the upcoming event. This was when the husband lost his temper and threw his mobile phone that broke the glass in the room.
After the broken glass incident, the husband calmed down and asked for forgiveness. He promised his wife that he will stop seeing the mother of the baby. He requested her though to leave the baby alone because he is innocent.

ReplyDeleteIMO, hindi hihiwalayan ni Ninong si wife J dahil it would be detrimental to his political career. Yung image nya na family man, God-fearing masisira. For sure naghahaman na si wife J ng hiwalayan pero look at the blind item laging nagsusumamo si Ninong for forgiveness.
Sana lang talaga Ninong cleans house na. Focus on what is important. I think he really was distracted nung fight. His usual 1000 punch release is down to half,so 50% lang ang kanyang performance last fight. Good thing he still won.
To wife J, secure everything, ipangalan na sa iyo at sa maga anak ang properties,check lahat ng "binigay" na property ni Ninong sa kabetchinas nya and get the titles of that too. Expose via blind items, pailalaim na tabloid press release ang mga kabetchinas na yan ng mapahiya. Play dirty if you must!
Even I would refuse to renew our wedding vows if that is the kind of man who's asking me. It's enough that he disrespect our first exchanging of vows, why do same mistake all over again? Hubby should change first.

That's why after the event, nagpaiwan ang mag-asawa sa LV at hindi sumabay sa entourage bus pabalik LA nung linggo na usually kasabay talaga ang mag-asawa sa harapan ng bus. The Revised Penal Code defines and penalizes “concubinage” in Article 334: “Any husband who shall keep a mistress in the conjugal dwelling, or shall have sexual intercourse, under scandalous circumstances, with a woman who is not his wife, or shall cohabit with her in any other place, shall be punished by prision correccional in its minimum and medium periods.”
A husband commits concubinage in several ways:
(1) by keeping a mistress in the conjugal dwelling; or
(2) by having sexual intercourse under scandalous circumstances with a woman who is not his wife; or
(3) by cohabiting with his mistress in any other place.
What is the penalty for concubinage?
For the husband, the penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period is imprisonment from six months and one day. In its medium period, the penalty is from 2 years, 4 months and one day to 4 years and one day. Simply stated, the longest time that a husband will be imprisoned is 4 years and one day.
What is bigamy?
Bigamy is basically the act of marrying again while the first marriage is still subsisting. It is defined under Article 349 of the RPC as the contracting of a second or subsequent marriage before the former marriage has been legally dissolved, or before the absent spouse has been declared presumptively dead by means of a judgment rendered in the proper proceeding.
What are the elements that must be proved in a prosecution for bigamy?
In a case for bigamy, all the following matters or “elements” must be shown by the prosecution:
1. The offender has been legally married.
2. The marriage has not been legally dissolved or, in case his or her spouse is absent, the absent spouse could not yet be presumed dead according to the Civil Code.
3. He/she contracts a second or subsequent marriage.
4. The second or subsequent marriage has all the essential requisites for validity.

ReplyDeleteYou don't have to marry someone else to be charged with concubinage. You just have to be caught in bed with another woman. Getting married to another person while already married is bigamy. There's a difference.

That way, M will earn maximum income (fight vs Gayweather is still possible) and you will get half of all assets according to the Family Code. Also, start transferring titles of properties to the children to secure their future. And most importantly, consult the best lawyer in the Phil!
