Letter from a Reader: Choose Your Online Sellers

Dear Fashion Pulis.

I am Camille Chan, an online seller on Facebook. I just wanna share to your readers and spread the word as well that I recently found out a scammer who is posing to be me. The account is very private and you can only add it as a friend on Facebook. The stolen pictures are all in private settings and the scammer is very sneaky.

The first time I heard about this was in September 2011, when a certain shopper (has never bought from me) sent me a private message and asked if I am associated with this certain account. I asked her for a link but she could not provide it to me because the scammer blocked her already.

I tried searching for Regina Laput, the name that the shopper gave me, in google but nothing showed up. Last night, I tried to search for the gcash number that this lady was using and I found out that Regina Laput is included in the list of scammers for research and cross reference purposes.

I search for this poser's account everyday and I only found out about her when she mistakenly added a shopper who has bought from me before. This certain shopper was kind enough to send me the link. For the past few days I have been messaging shoppers who have been inquiring from the scammer's account.  Whenever the shopper who sent me the link sees someone inquiring, she immediately sends me his/her link so I can inform him/her that the account is a fake.

Lastly, I found out yesterday that the scammer does not go by the name of Regina Laput anymore. Her new account name is Pia Salamat.

Thanks you very much Fashion Pulis. This are all the pieces of information that I have gathered for the past 72 hours. I already spread the word thru Facebook regarding the seller's pages but unfortunately it is not enough since someone told me that some shoppers are still buying from that account.

Before any of you say that online shopping is not safe, I just wanna emphasize that you just have to be wise. If a seller does not have any feedback from at least 10 buyers, or if he/she does not update from time to time, chances are, he or she is a scammer.

    Its easy sis. if Buyer ka and you wanna buy from a NEW seller. DEMAND MEET UP.

    New seller will do ANYTHING para may feedback sila. Thats what i did before. and it paid off. Now i dont do meet up anymore since i already proved that im legit

    Oh! and also Ask for BANK INFO. GCASH is so easy to fake now. if the bank accnt is not under the seller's name fishy na un. :)

    I have nothing against online sellers, ok nga yun, kumikita na hindi umaasa sa iba...

    Most of the time, bina-block ko yung mga account na tina-tag ako sa picture na binebenta nila (hindi ikaw yun) or yung mga tina-tag ang mga nasa friends list ko sa mga items nila... I find it annoying somehow to see tagged pics of my friends where you can't find their shadow in it.

    Just sharing my thoughts... don't misunderstood me...

    tsk tsk. blame the taggers, as online sellers lalo na mga walang buyers, they tag people to promote their store..

    Some people offer their services for that.

    ex. 250tags for 15php load or gcash.

    its a good thing now that facebook upgraded the system. alam mo na kung cno ang tagger. iblock mo nalang yung tagger :)

    ako din ganun ginagawa ko :) if an online seller is in my accnt and everyday tinatag ako i delete/block them :)

    1. Iisa lang ang photo album sa page nya. At sa album na yun, isang chiffon maxi dress lang ang naka-display. Also, kaka-add lang nung general information.
    2. Eto yung post ni Camille Chan 8 hours ago. And to date, 446 yung likes. So doing the math, 46 lang yun before naipost ito ni Mike dito.

    Marami talaga syang suki, dun sa account nya na isa yung Cruella N Co, Nakaprivate yung albums na madami.

    Dumami din like nya kasi tinulungan namin sya mag plug (we shared the link on facebook)

  12. @jenn b4 ka mag sabi na publicity Stunt make sure na alam mo ang sinasabi mo.

    1. 3 days ako people are reporting to facebook na may poser ako after 24 hours when i log in FACEBOOK asked me to send MY id because they need to verify kung sino samain ng poser ang totoong account. I did what FB asked and after that i cnat log on anymore.

    2. As a facebook seller I KNOW the limitation of my account,. if gusto namin mag sell WE NEED TO SET UP a FANPAGE w/c we dont really follow kasi walang privacy doon and madmaing magnanakaw ng piucs and mangaagaw ng buyers, BUT since this happend to me 2x already na may poser ako and nahahassle yung account ko i decided to just make a page

    4. Totoong may scammer/poser ako. al my co sellers knows about this. the scammer.poser disabled the account but if you want i can email you my DETAILED email kay FB. hindi nya kasi na post yung pics kasi malalaki yung images,


    FYI: every upload i have at least 180-250 Buyers. hindi surprising namaka 400LIKEs ako in a day kung isasama mga friends & classmate ko.

    AND kaya 1 album plang yung naka upload because IM stiull doing inventory dahil nahassle yung main account ko ng facebook and i dont know who reserved what & kung ano pa ung natitira.

  14. Kaya nga in question form yung first statement ko diba? Kasi pag sinearch sa Facebook yung Cruella & Co (as stated sa signature ng letter to FP), yun ang first and exact result na page agad.

    Someone who doesn't know that online shop, like me, would raise an eyebrow kasi di siya in sync sa mga ibang comments na nandito na sikat nga raw.

    Did I know that you have another account, which is private? No. Because first and foremost, it isn't the one showing up on the search bar. I really did not bother looking up in-depth because I saw right away that the fan page was just newly made.

    Sorry if I jumped into a conclusion, but that is just how I saw it being someone who just wanted to see what you sell and not knowing about you and your store beforehand.

  15. Excuse me! I'm a seller but I don't demand/request for any feedback. Nasa buyer na yun if gusto niya mag bigay ng feedback. Ano ba? Gumagawa ka ng sariling mong criteria kung sino ang true and fake?

  16. had the same thoughts as jenn... but i trusted fp that this is not just a gimmick. and i think weve had enough online buying warnings already?!?!?!? pwedeng mga short entries na lang about them, enough na names na lang or some other page na lang.

  17. This is very common especially in FB. I know this shop and I know marami siyang suki, mabilis maubos ang paninda pero di na dapat ipa-fashion pulis to. PR stunt lang ata to eh.

    Paano po magkakaroon ng scammer o poser ang isang store na bago lang at hindi kilala. hindi pa ako nakakabili sakanya, pero alam ko yang tindahan na yan dahil pag mag uupload siya umuuwi ng maaga yung 3 officemate ko dahil ubusan daw ang tinda nya.

    Sorry that it happened to you. Hanggang FB pala, nadayo na din ng mga scammers. I thought it would be harder for them this time because FB used to be more strict before with registering names, di ba? Hindi pwede yun basta basta na pangalan lang. Saka ang dami na rin sellers sa FB, ginawa ng online business site.

    Dati Multiply ang ganyan eh.

    Why not try ebay? Doon medyo mahirap yata mag-scam at magnenok ng pictures don. Suggestion lang naman.

    Sana mabigyan hustisya ang hinaing mo, at pasasaan ba't mapaparusahan / maka-karma din ang scammer/s na naglipana sa online business sites! Na-scam na rin kasi ako non 2008! Kaya galit ako sa kanila...

  21. this is good PR! im an online seller too. Ive been a victim of these posers for many times already. I just simply reported them to FB and voila, FB took down the posers' accounts. I don't waste my time to look for the identities of these scammers anymore. anyways, i dont get it why you need to report this incident to fashion pulis. report it to Facebook! just my two cents

    madami nang mga pages and blogs dedicated to mga online scams, bogus buyers, bogus sellers etc! dun ka nalang magreklamo cruella n co!!!

    May nag email sakin na scammer group daw sila, NEVERHEARD yung group., hinihingan nila ako ng SCANNED ID pics ko to legitimize my store, FYI lang huh an online store did this b4. she sent her pics holding her ID para i prove na sha ang seller . what happend to her? the scammer used her identity & ID to scam 20K-50K worth of gadget.,

    now tell me why wud i do such? esp if ang dami ko naman feedbacks from my buyers?
    May nakita ba kayong tumutulong sa mga BOGUS GROUP? wala di ba? ano nangyayari don?

    Comment comment lang? wla ngang admin ang group to help seller. mas madmai pang nakapost na bogus BUYER kesa sa scammer.

    someone even comment there & said " JUST BLOCK THE SCAMMER" what good would that do?? of course may 2nd accound ang scammer to get & steal my photos.

    THIS IS THE REALITY. nde porke may gorup na ganun helpful na!

    I posted the link here and after 5hours Wala na yung scammer/poser na yan! I believe i made the right choice my asking FP to help me.

    Both of you think about what you said and put urself in the positi0on of a seller who's PMing Unknown people for 72 hours just para nde sila maloko. and dami ko na din na hassle na shopper dahil hindi naka add saakin ung scammer.

    aminado naman ako na masungit / mataray na seller ako. its not a secret, :)

    Keep in mind people a shop will not last long & the buyer would not buy again if the seller is really bad.

    I have to be strict and fair madami kasi akong hinahandle na tao. and that is besides the point., The point of the post is the poser :)

    Hindi mo hinanap identity ng scammer mo? they you yourself is not concern sa business mo & sa maloloko nya. kawawa naman yung taong naloko tapos store's name mo pa yung ginamit, just my two cents as well :)

    then i tried ebay. some buyers find it hard to shop there. esp newbie :( and as a seller u have to go kung saan madaming tao.. w/c is FB tlga.. :( thank! ^^

  33. Now I know why she calls herself cruella. Upon checking her FB fanpage, she posted the pic of one the people who posted a negative comment here about her.

    I find that below the belt and soo unbecoming of someone who calls herself a business person.

    BTW, do these online shops have the necessary permits to operate? Because one of the things one could do to avoid being scammed is to ask for a scanned copy of their business permits. That way you know that you are dealing with a legitimate business entity.

  37. Scammer - SELLER na nagtitinda pero wala naman items, maniningil pero wala kayong mattaanggap.
    usually Gadget ung target ng scammer easy money,

    lately pati load na 30php pinapatos na. and now pti damit.



    BOGUS BUYER iba naman to. nakiki[ag unahan magpareserved sa mga actual buyer. kunwari mag babayad. hihingi ng exttension tapos ibloblobked ka na bigla.

    pag nirepost mo ang item nila as available nagtatampo ang mga buyer kasi "dapat nabili na nila un" peor naka pili na sila ng iba . waste of time in short

    wag kayong umarte dahil kung hindi kayo shopper or seller hindi nyo tlga maiintindihan ang situation.

    di nag babasa? may naloko na nga di ba? may nagnanakaw ng pera ng iba. yung mga food nga na may langaw or cake na chaka pinopost why? coz people are not getting the WORTH of the money that they spent. same lang yun dito.

    may mga nagbayad sa poser./scammer at kahit sando wala silang nakuha.

    bago magpakabitter magisip muna :)

    im michelle from davao. salamat naman at pinost mo to. wala na ang scammer. isa ako sa minessage ng seller ng cruella, di ko po sya kilala sa personal pero talagang tinulungan nya kami. ang dami nang naloko doon sa peke, alam ko dahil isa ako sa muntik na mag order

    ilang araw na din po yan nireport sa kung ano anong page. pero fashion pulis lang naman pala ang katapat ng manloloko

    yung mga nagpopost po dito na publicity lang ito o galit sa seller mag isip isip po kayo, wala pong tumulong sakanya sa mga group page at bago po sya nag post dito tinanong nya kaming mga victim dahil alam nya na ito lang ang sasabihin ninyo.

    mahirap talagang tumulong ngayon dahil tumulong ka na mag mga umuepal at nagmamasama pa :)

  41. nako! kaming mga buyer nya ang pumulit na lapitan nia si FP. esp nung nalaman namin na reader pala sha ung pinost nya sa wall nya ang link ni fp.

    isa ako s anag suggest na email nya ang bloggers dahil mas active dito kesa sa bogus page na puro ADS lang ng mga seller na walng benta.

  42. ang post ay para babalaan ang mga tao na namimili online. bihira lang ang seller na may pakialam sa mga ganyan. lalo na pag establich na ang seller.

    hindi mawawalan ng buyer ang cruella kung ipopost nya ito o hindi

    straight forward talaga sya magsalita alam ko yun dahil suki nya ako.

  46. But what right does the online seller have in posting pictures, contact numbers and home addresses of supposed "bogus buyers"? The government should look into this. It's very disturbing. Will anyone agree with me that it is going too far? Why the need to post personal information? Can't the seller just move on to the next customer?

    I think this is in response to the person who asked how one becomes a bogus buyer. Please Miss Chan, not everyone is here to attack you. Maybe this person is just plainly asking. After all, not everyone shops online through Facebook. For example, if you shop Nordstrom online, you always have the option to cancel your orders. Not everyone knows how it works on Facebook.

    In the meantime, how you answer questions here clearly shows what kind of a person you are. You are irritating, arrogant,crass and snarky to the point of being ridiculous.

  48. Super defensive naman, Camille. Yes, we get that your store is so famous, may nagtry pa na mag scam sa buyers using your items. Pero the way you answer comments and questions of readers of FP, parang sayo 'tong site na to. No no no, girl. Plus the bogus buyer list/album. Ang bastos lang ng dating, yes, they didn't pay for the item they committed to buy but that's part of the online business. Ganito lang yan, e. it's easy peasy to comment BUY or whatnot because it's easy to type. Same thing when someone is in the store without money, "I'll buy this thing!".     And yes, we do understand why you can't put up a real store.. It's because it's expensive. Pero pwede ka namang kumuha ng business permit from DTI e. Para masecure mo na rin name ng store mo plus nagbabayad ka pa ng tax. ;)

    You do not have the right to post anyone's photo and infos for being irresponsible. Because as a seller who do not have a Business Permit, you are also being irresponsible. Kung magpopost ka ng Bogus sana may business permit ka man lang para kahit katiting may karapatan ka. Ang mga online forms nga may Terms & Conditions na bawal ipost ang mga natatanggap mong personal information e. Yan pa kaya.

    Besides, I don't believe that the only reason why SOME online sellers post Bogus Buyer albums is just because their effort was wasted.

    If you really want to be strict, then why not just re-list the items after bogus buyers don't pay on time and block them? Is that too hard to do??

    About being too cruel, you're too much. Some even apologize, but to what benefit? just for you to post them and ipahiya!

    Sencond, camille. It seems that ebay, multiply, fb are not working like you want em to be. You said it yourself na you started since 2008, and this has happened countless of times. Then...Think out of the box. I think it's time for you to expand. So try setting up your OWN website. Start ka dun. Tas lagyan mo ng protection yung picture(yung tipong hinde ma right click tas save) or lagyan ng watermark ang pics para alam sayo. Then expand, by allowing buyers to pay using credit cards. I know it will cost you a lot. I know it. But it's worth a try.
    Google/youtube on how to start your own site. You can do it. :) just think of it as an INVESTMENT -- beneficial in the long run. Godbless. :)

    Third: try be more.. ahhh.. witty if you answer people questions. You're a seller, YOU'RE the OWNER, you're the representation of cruella and co. So present yourself well. :))

  54. Hi Camille, thank you for trying to warn readers about the scammers :) I believe that you have no bad intention and that this is not just some publicity stunt. However, the was you present yourself and the way you respond to comments is somewhat inappropriate. Sellers should always try to be polite to the public. As for posting the bogus buyers thing, i think it's inappropriate to post their pictures and contact information. It should be confidential, kahit hindi online store nakakareceive ng bogus orders. You can just choose to not accept orders from them. :)

  55. Hi camille, ok lang naman if people accuse you of doing a PR stunt. Kasi naman, ke good publicity, or bad publicity, kasehoda pang "in-the-service-of-mankind" ek ek ang ginawa mo, aminin natin na nakakatulong pasikatin ka. So ok lang, bonus ang PR points so relax lang.
    But i think as a person doing sales, you should be patient, diplomatic and humble. You can be truthful naman while remaining tactful. Learn to accept criticisms, especially when you willingly involve yourself in public forums such as this.
    And stop posting "bogus buyers". Hindi naman dapat namimilit. What you can do is shorten the reservation period nalang, or do not reserve unless you receive a reservation fee. Kaya tuloy nag b back fire eh, tinatawag ka ding "bogus" kasi wala ka naman business papers. I know sayang ang opportunity loss because may mga nagpapa reserve and then di naman binibili, but thats a risk you should accept na since matagal na na naman sa online selling arena. Do not be too ruthless and arrogant.

  59. This online seller is obnoxious. Baduy pa naman ng mga items. I agree with fashion Puhleez, she should learn to be diplomatic. I understand how frustrating it can be dealing with customers like that but a more intelligent and efficient business owner would look for ways to improve or come up with a fool-proof system. For instance, she can:

    1) Watermark her photos.
    2) State in rule that customers transact only with her published cellphone number and if someone tries to "scam" or what she says "binobogus" - address it tactfully
    3) Accept that customers really back out for whatever reason. Whether Cruella finds the reason acceptable or not is not an issue. She should learn to accept this as normal, albeit, unpleasant and that is the most of misfortune it can cause her. However with the way she is going at it, and in choosing how she deals with her customers - she will soon suffer hypertension and heart attack
    4) Yes, she can ask for a reservation fee which would be deductible from the amount and non-refundable if the customer should choose to back out

    And the posting of bogus buyers. Grabe naman! You can really distinguish the online sellers who are more classy than Cruella. Kung ganyan man lang si Cruella, she's not worth your business even if you are in good standing with her. And I know she will say she doesn't care and won't be scared but karma will soon come around to make you pay for embarrassing individuals just because of failed transactions.

  60. Ako online seller din ako pero hindi ko binabastos yung mga customers ko. Ang facebook po kasi is not really designed for selling stuff. Ebay talaga tsaka sulit.com.ph ang platforms for online selling. Kaya ka pinuputakti ng scammers kasi they know the limits of Facebook. Actually ngayon lang ako naka encounter na ganyang style of scamming. Also, please understand na part talaga ng business yung mga taong hindi nakakapagbayad. Baka may nangyari lang hindi mo lang alam. I repost mo na lang yung item, at least hindi mo pa naman nasend. Kung talagang marami kang buyers, mabebenta at mabebenta iyan. Malaking tulong nga yung FP sa iyo pero yung mga comments mo naman negative publicity para sa iyo. Bagay na bagay nga sa iyo yung name na Cruella. Sana iimprove mo yung ugali mo. Maswerte ka, sanay ang Pilipino sa katulad mong sellers pero kung foreigners yan, matagal ka nang out of business.

    Facebook allows you to sell items as long as you make a page. PERO of course uulitin ko page does not have privacy kaya ayaw namin yon.

    I recently made a page coz id ben hacked 2x.

    as of bogus., nde ko na uulitin yan. each bogus have their own story. 90% ng OL store may bogus buyer album, nde ako nag pa uso nito kaya tigilan nyo ako dito :) affected much :)


    sa mga kung ano ano sinasbi about how i talk. i really honesly need to be be strict and taklesa there, bec madami nang naloko or nag try na manloko sakanila. some buyers dont read, some buyers answer and almost PAID to someone who is not related to me, sinong nde magagalit? e lahat naman sila oriented & updated sa wall ko e, bat pa nila ginagawa un? di ba nakakahighblood.

    sa mga hindi naman kilala ung store ko. its your opinion. for me. neutral lang ako dito. comments and text does not have emotion. kung hurt kau ok lang. tust me ur not alone.

    and HINDI bogus BUYER ang point herel, SCAMMER po. huling beses ko na to sasabihin

  65. Full-time online seller din ako pero mas active ako sa multiply kaysa FB. Yung fast moving items ko ilang klase lang pero multiple quantities, so hindi masyado affected ang pagbenta ko sa ibang buyers kahit pa marami rin akong bogus buyers. sa mga nagbebenta ng damit, accessories etc na limited quantities lang ang available bawat design, hindi ko sila masisisi kung bakit sobrang bad trip sila sa mga bogus buyers. Sa actual stores kasi, kahit hawak ng isang buyer yung item tapos nagbago ang isip nya at di nya binili, available na uli yung item as soon as bitawan nya o umalis sya. Sa online selling, ang 1 item pwede mapending ng ilang araw o kahit pa ilang linggo kung panay pangako ang buyer na kukunin. hindi rin pwede ang reservation fee kung low-cost lang naman ang mga items.

    Anyway, hindi ako naglalagay ng bogus buyers na album. Very tempting minsan kasi ang daming bogus buyers, pero feeling ko stressful lang eh. Hahaba pa yung isyu, mag-aaway pa kayo nung buyer (at nakita ko na rin ibang online sellers na nakatagpo ng bogus buyer na psychotic talaga). ayoko lang ng negative vibes saka drama.

    I agree, dapat talaga mahaba ang pasensya mo kung nasa sales ka.

  66. Me and my friends were buyers at Cruella until we couldn't take more of Camille's attitude problem. Yes, she is rude, tactless and very unbecoming. She makes these sarcastic comments to customer's queries and gets irritated by the littlest things. And for the time that I was an active buyer, there have been numerous times that the owner got into some petty arguments and whatnots with buyers and other store owners. Feeling mo nasa Divisoria ka lang tapos yung mga saleslady nag aaway-away, tchaka yung ibang tao nakiki gulo at nakikisawsaw. Maganda yung mga damit, pero the site is just so full of negativity. Wala nga lang makapagsabi kay Camille na she has this attitude problem kasi sino ba namang tao ang gusto ng argument? Plus, she has this habit of posting screen shots. If she receives a message from someone tapos di niya nagustuhan, she'll post it. Para bang its her way of fishing for sympathy and support from others. And most of the time, successful naman siya, in a couple of hours, marami ng makikisawsaw sa issue. Well, people are always entertained with catfights (even virtual catfights). She's just too much of a brat. Palaging may inaaway, may pinariringgan. Post ng post ng mga kung ano ano tapos wrong grammar naman palagi. Nakakalungkot lang na yung shop niya, nalalagyan ng negative connotation because of her bad attitude. Sana Camille, ma realize mo yung mga mali mo. Dito palang andami ng nagsasabing may attitude problem ka. Hindi ka pa rin maniniwala?

  69. I bought na dati from Cruella, twice na. Mabait naman sya kapag nagbabayad ka ng tama at sumusunod sa mga patakaran nya. Pero dinelete ko na sya kasi rude talaga sya sa magsalita customers/potential customers nya. Yun yung pinaka ayaw ko sa kanya, kapag nababasa ko wall posts/comments nya na may pagka mayabang ang dating... I don't know, nakakasira ng araw eh, nakakairita. Kaya ayun, ni-remove ko na sya. :))

    I have a humble, sincere request for those like me who really like reading Fashion Pulis and continue to patronize it- please try to be more discerning with which reader complaint-type letters you choose to post.

    In this case kasi, the issue is so minor and the post seems so unnecessary. It felt like you were just indulging this person's bad attitude and unprofessional conduct. On her store's facebook page, she posts the pictures and personal information of customers who cancel transactions or fail to pay for them...do you agree with that practice?

    Please, no more posts like this in the future, and I would really appreciate it if you were more selective with which reader letters you post.

    Kung rude yung post nya nakapublic yun nababasa ng lahat. dapat lahat aware doon. logic lang mga co shopper. bumili ako sakanya twice ung pangalawa transaction ko na delay ako ng bayad ng 2 weeks nag ask ako ng extension di naman posted ang pic ko

    di na ako bumili uli kasi nahiya na ako. kung maurnong kayo makipag usap at kung may rason naman at may katuturan maiintindihan naman yun ng seller.

    basta ako nung bumili ako sakanya noon lahat posted na. price , size, color, nasa picture wla ka nang itatanong pa, ewan ko ang kung nag iba na ngayon.

FB admin will not just deactivate acct/s just because theres only one who complain? Of course ni-review nila yun, and found out na theres something bad and negative sa site. PEACE!

    1st accnt was deactivated coz the bogus buyer angel violago reported her pix as copyright something

    2nd accnt was dectivated bec i have a poser/scammer who used my store name & profile pic, people reported it blah blah blah AND FB needs to know kung cno samin ung real account

    buyers PMd me that fb sent them a survey if they rally know me etc. then fB asked me to send them my id took me more than a week but its activated now

  81. That Camille is a classic example of cyber bullying. She gets irritated over the smallest things, she treats people like shit and she treats her buyers like dogs. Why? Well for one, she does not like answering questions (FYI: buyers in real stores ask tons of questions since they want to get their money's worth so how much more in an online shop like yours right? and excuse me but there are no measurements posted on your photos so people really have to ask!)

    Two, she acts like she owns the online shopping world, like she's the only one who has a right to edit her photos, use models, sell this type of merchandise, etc. Uh hello, the things that you sell come from Divisoria which is the shopping mecca of the Philippines so you cannot expect to be the only seller on FB selling Divisoria stuff. If you don't want others to sell the same stuff that you do or "copy" the way you edit your photos, go buy your merchandise from Kathmandu or some far off place (guaranteed that nobody else will sell the same stuff!) or try to have your photos copyrighted/trademarked (let's see if the Intellectual Property Office will actually take your application seriously).

    Third, WHAT'S UP WITH THE WRONG GRAMMAR??? (want to RESERVED?)Did you actually go to school? Apparently not, judging by your attitude and the wrong grammar.

    By the way, are you over 21? Because if you are, I'd be very careful if I were you. The things that you are posting on your wall and the bad things that you are saying about your bogus buyers (no matter how true they may be) are enough to land you a day in court. Yes, the stuff you are posting and saying are libelous (even if these things are actually true)...you wouldn't want to use up your entire earnings paying for damages in a lawsuit. Don't wait for the day that you'll actually meet your match who will fight you back by suing you or some other remedy. Just saying. But I'm pretty sure you won't be "listening" to me since you only listen to yourself and to money.

This seller has the time to comment here in FP and post asking for help liking her entry in one of an online shop's contest but says she is always too busy to reply to messages, send invoices and ship out items on time. Talk about irresponsibility. I know because I'm one of her buyers. She's always getting back up from her sukis na kahit anong sabihin nya they will agree.I'm irritated because I've waited for my package for more than a week.

    Anovah? You always type what is in your thought naman, diba? What kind of an excuse is that, Cruella? Wrong grammar na kung wrong grammar! That is the least of the insult you will get and that is what you should not be addressing. Instead, you should do some self-reflection and address what everybody has been saying - that you have an attitude problem. Obvious naman with the way you answered the people who commented here.

    And you have the gall to humiliate people dahil "napikon" ka? Watch out Camille, you might just meet your match.What you are doing is illegal, unethical and just plain wrong! I'm also a seller who simply reserves the item for 3 days, and regardless of the excuses (valid or not) after three days, I simply move on to the next interested customer. I just don t understand camille's buyer, as if mauubusan ng clothes, i was able to buyfrom her 2 tops and a dress but none of them suits my taste, dinadaan lang talaga lahat lightning and effects but ctual item parang its not what you bought. Quality sucks! Abd the dress i bought from her, its not a dress , its a tunic top. How can you call it a dress if you cant wear it alone? Dinadaya kasi nila pag dating sa mga models nila. Kahit nasa mid-leg n yung length ng dress, they show sa model pic n an inch above the knee lang! And lagay sya ng lagay na freesize with no measurements at all or kahit will fit from small to medium or xs-small frames only. Pag my ngtatanong sakanya ano size freesize lang sha ng freesize! Im small in all brands out there, plains and prints, bayo, kamiseta, esprit, forever 21, debenhams and promod . But her freesize to her, only an xs or xxs will fit with a 28-29 inches length. You call it a dress??? Thats the most horrible purchase, will never happen again, i rather soar the mall even greenhills just to look personally see for myself the real merchandise ., i dont even care if significant yung difference i just hate disappointments! the good thing about shopping in a physical store s you can check the quality also , i can call cruella items as disposable, one use and you gonna throw it.

See, she takes pride in making others feel bad by backbiting...oh wait, not backbiting but openly backbiting, for lack of a better term, not only her customers, potential customers but other online shops as well. She even cannot accept defeat over this styling contest that this other online store is having ("i'm losing! madami kasi syang friends na galit sa akin")....I don't know if others will agree but all these spell INSECURITY.

    And FYI, don't say that the people here criticizing you are missing the point of this entire post. You have been asking for this for a long time, especially with your answers to the comments here. Have some class and quit acting like an uneducated person. Pls. post this, FP. Thank you.

    So what exactly is your point for saying that? What's the point of posting that for everyone to see? I agree with the previous comment that this is just a contest, no need to fight for your life over it.

    And what exactly do you mean when you say "SPY" in your infamous bogus album?? You're not the only online seller in this world and you will always have competition, it comes with the package, honey. If you don't want any competition, stop selling or go to the mountains. Even huge brands recognized worldwide compete and copy each other. I really don't get it why your buyers throw themselves over your stuff.

  93. i was a first time buyer of Cruella and Co and as much as i want to believe all your negative post and comments of Camille. I have a very diff story. She was actually pretty nice and accommodating. She answered all my questions quickly and she was polite. I paid for my item and got it in time and it was made of good material and exactly how it was described in her photos. I understand that some people have negative feedbacks of Camille and its understandable. You can't please everyone Camille, so don't even try. But here is what i ask of you FP readers, don't judge Camille immediately by what people are saying. Talk to her. You might find that she's actually pretty nice.

  94. I was a customer of Cammie even before she sells at Multiply named Blacksheep boutique. I used to love her items. We even used to meet up at Welcome Rotonda whenever I have orders and had small talks. Then I think she sunddenly stopped selling online. I am glad when she PM'd me on FB and said that it was her and started selling again, I begin to love her items even though I have my own online shop. I ordered only once because I think she has changed a lot(negatively). I don't like how she treats her first time customers. I don't like the way she posted her bogus buyers (na sunod sunod). She's too bossy. And it annoys me when she posts stores that immitate her and let her buyers talk about it or let her buyers block it. I mean, grow up! Aren't you happy that someone is doing that because they want to be like you? You should help them to be productive like you. You are so lucky that you have a talent in editing pictures and being so creative is a plus in online selling and that is why people wants to buy from you.. One thing that disappointed me also is when she even delivered my order with the wrong name. I mean, I am your buyer since you sell on multiply, I was the first friends you added in FB and even PM'd me. I got disappointed really with your attitude. Sorry but I'm just being honest. -Jasmine

I like online shopping and I like trying to buy from diff stores to see what they can offer then came upon cruella co bought one skirt and I liked it. di ako un tipo nkkifriendly sa seller business lng and I don't care what they post s wall etc. I don't have time for those shop lng.. then since ngustuhan ko un skirt. bumili ako uli I liked the polo.. then she started being friendly to me and I liked the fact she knows what I want kumbaga kilala niya buyers niya.. nung ngbabasa n ko ng wall niya naiirita ako s mga posts nya pero deadma lng ko shopping lng nmn gsto ko but when I ordered wholesale 13items wla man lng magkasya ang iiksi ng dresses.mggnda polo nya coz its oversized and skirts pero dresses gosh kht s sister kong petite as in petite ang iksi. and then I started seeing this items s mall nasa mall lng pala un all through out di ko lng alam and cheaper pa like her blazer 300 and 280 lng s mall I bought for 400something s knya..I bought 3! lht items nya are disposable except for the polo I've been using.. the only time nasobrahan n ko s knya was when she bullied my friend n seller just because she is selling the same stuff as her kapal ng mukha mo period camille chan 26 ka na ganyan pa ugali mo kala mo syo nasa elementary highschool.... I deleted her and blocked her.. well reading the comments here di lng ako nawala mong buyer..meron p iba pero as if you care marami k prn nmn kakampi... and galing mo makaipon 3k votes para manalo k s contest pero di mo magawa mgtpos ng orderform lagi mo sagot nagiisa lng ksi ako e.hahaha ngiisa k pero nakakuha k ng 3k votes pero 160messages di mo mreplayan kht measurements ng damit di mo mbigay? free size free size free size hahaah.takes u 1week to give orderform then ilang days bago mo pa maship grbe
