Dear Fashion PULIS,
I would just like to let you know that the issue has been resolved already.
Yesterda afternoon, 3 representatives from SM Hypermarket Pasig went to my house to settle the issue. They apologized and thanked us for bringing the matter to their attention. In return, they gave us 5 Cadbury Chocolate Bars and a fruit basket to compensate for the inconvenience.

ReplyDeleteAn appropriate gesture AFTER an embarassing expose of their lack of attenti0n to a customer complaint. Do they really need FP to expose them before they get their act together?
ReplyDeleteJust wondering if the reader can still eat Cadbury's after her bad experience. I know I'd alsways think of the worms everytime I see a Cadbury chocolate bar!

ReplyDeleteSi FP na ang bagong sumbungan ng bayan. Companies who receive complaints must first appear in FP before they take action. Good thing this is now resolved! Kaso kadiri, Cadbury parin yung binigay.
ReplyDeleteSana Gift Certificate na lang binigay nila kesa Cadbury ulet. Parang mahirap ng kainin yung chocolate na un after the experience. mayroon na yung eww effect.. just saying.

Ganyan talaga pag product replacement. They will give you the same product. The ratio is 1:1 pero dahil "napahiya", dinamihan na. At ang kinulit nila jan yung Cadbury din kasi it's the object of complaint.
