Dear Fashion Pulis,
I would like to thank you for publishing my story Globe Bad Customer Service. This morning Globe called us up and told us that our account is on priority for repair and that they are sending a technician to check on our internet connection. I didn't believe it at first since they always say that when they call and yet they never really send a technician over. Today, a technician came at 11am and checked our connection. Apparently, our modem was already defective and just needed to be replaced. They replaced our modem and immediately our internet connection was up again! Modem lang pala ang problema.
Again, thank you for publishing my concern in your blog. Finally this ordeal with Globe is over and I can work in peace.

Maganda naman talaga ang serbisyo ng Globe. Ang masama ay sa Smart at Sun.
ReplyDeleteSmart and Sun will put in your mind subtlety that the trouble is with your computer. They will ask useless questions like bittorrent, anti-virus, system configuration and waste your time.will ask you to reset, reboot, and wait. etc..

GLOBE is the best or least worst to some,,,

I'm glad that Ms. Sotto's ordeal is over. It's just embarrassing though... why does it have to reach the point where they are publicly named and shamed before Globe actually does something?! Wake up Globe. Revamp your entire customer service system. Just because you fixed the one case that went public doesn't mean you're off the hook!
ReplyDeletehay naku,,mas maganda naman GLOBE kesa SUN noh,,,,sa totoo lang,,,i intend to apply for sunbroadband na dala ko yung requirements na nakalagay sa site, biglang nung andun na ako sa sun shop ang daming hinihingi pa,pinagphintay ako ng isang oras,only to find out na yung taong nagsabi sa akin to wait ay xa rin pala kakausap sa akin,eh wala naman ginagawa...

seriously? when i applied for a sun broadband, ID lang hiningi sa akin, nakuha ko na agad yung huawei na mini-modem in less than 30 mins. although ang panget ng service, kasi paputol putol, but i think your comment is kinda magulo

ReplyDeleteNo wonder Globe is the best.... except for their lousy customer service officers who are very inconsistent with their support system. One customer service officer has a different version of policy on how your problem will be resolved. Ending? Waste of time, and emotion discussing the scenario of the problem over and over and over again.
